This place was absolutely filthy. We did not feel safe allowing our family to stay here because it was so filthy. We requested a refund from the company but have not received any communication from them.

Nice, quaint location steps from the beach

Hair everywhere....on the comforter, in the shower, you name it. Also dirty floor everywhere when I walked in. Please hire a new cleaner...

Location. Bed was a little u comfortable and room was noisy.

We loved our room! It was big and spacious. The staff person (i think her name was Billie) was very friendly and very helpful. Don't let her go! She should get a raise! She's a wonderful person.

One of the mattresses wasn't comfortable at all. We could feel every spring in it. That's the only complaint we had.

I liked that I was right there on the beach

The house itself. It was dirty, the shower didn’t work properly, the bathroom flooded, there was dirt, trash and dust bunnies under/in the room with one bed. There was sand on the floors, felt old.

The location

The door lock was hard to use. The beds were awful- the ac was loud and the vents dirty, the kitchen barely cleaned- dish drainer dirty, coffee makers dirty, no pot holders, floors were not mopped as there was dust in all corners , under dressers, just gross- We feel like we were ripped off. Paid a lot of money for shity accommodations. NOT HAPPY. The staff does the bare minimum.

Dirty floors. AC didn't work. Just needed a room for the night until our cottage was ready for the week. This was not it.

THE AIR CONDITIONER FILTHER AND SCREEN WAS THICK WITH DUST, HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A LONG TIME, HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES,STREAMING FOR TV SERVICE WITH NO ACCESS TO CERTAIN CHANNELS, BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS IN THE MATRESSES, SHOWER WAS COMING APART, BATHROOM DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK

The location was amazing, very quiet during the office season and felt safe to walk around outside.

The bath wasn't clean

Tv would skip in and out, very hot in the bedrooms with one AC unit in the front room.

Everything was clean and loved the beach access. The apartment had every possible cooking/storage ware possible! If you’re here for more than a couple of days, this is VERY helpful!

When booking, I was never told which room we had. Upon arrival at 4pm check in time, my door code did not work. There was no staff in sight, nor any sort of office. A sign saying “please call this number for check in” was on the building. However, the line rang and rang and no one ever answered. Luckily, I did get into my room with no further issues. The parking is very strange as each room has an assigned parking space and ours was far from the room and ended up being in direct path of sand blasts. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I haven’t slept in 4 days but just happy to be here!!

There was no breakfast or I was not told.

Better bathrooms. Showers were minimal.

Location was excellent, a minute walk to the beach from our room. I was also able to walk up and down the main stretch of road and make it to nearby attractions on foot.

The beds lacked any kind of support and are in dire need of replacement. It felt like the cheapest available mattress that had been slept on for decades.

It was steps from the beach. Clean. Close to restaurants.

It was nice, the only thing wrong about the vacation was Hurricane Erin decided to drop in on us.

Couldn't go in the water due to Hurricane Erin. We arrived Wednesday and left Monday the day that the double red flags were lifted...lol. But would come back.

Great location and the fact you have your own space is great! Budget friendly during a prime season. Very clean when I first walked in.

The beds were not very comfortable and the TV being attached right beside the AC makes it hard to hear when it’s on. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty and I know this is out of your control but the garbage truck will wake you up shaking the big dumpster.

The location is great, and the gazebo on the dune is nice. That's all you are paying for.

The unit was filthy. The kitchen was very dusty, the worst being right over top of the open coffee pots. The dining room table was so wobbly I don't know how anyone used it before us. My husband fixed it along with the running toilet within the first hour we arrived. The doorknob to the bathroom needs replaced and the sound on the TV was broken and stuck pretty loud. The window in the kitchen is broken and doesn't lock. If you're hoping the beds are at least decent, think again. Definitely paying a bit more for a better place next time.
