The hotel was great for our needs. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent

We prefer a bed that is a little softer

Staff called at the 11 pm when we had a 1-night stay with very early departure with young children because they didn¿t have a credit card on file. However, the credit card used was the one provided at check in. No real apology. Just doing her job.

Everyone was friendly and there to assist,close to the airport and driver to take me there.as I stated the room is clean and breakfast was good.

Super clean, shower was updated, free breakfast.

Right next to airport so planes can get loud but our toddler was happy seeing them.

The deadbolt on our door wasn’t working and the bathroom doorknob was not latching/locking correctly.

CUSTOMER service by everyone. Hotel employee really makes your day. After a long drive from East NC to Raleigh, she remembers who you are, politely asks how your day has been, really makes you feel good. She is super pleasant.

Personnel are great. They know you by name from the first time they meet you. Rooms are excellent and it is so close to RDU. Shuttle is 24/7 so arrival to airport departure is in minutes

The breakfast selection was excellent..Good choice of hot and cold options and the coffee was excellent. Parking was plentiful and shuttle guys were great.

The beds were springy....at 6am each morning we were awoken by jackhammers from the construction next door. There was no mention of this during booking.

The personnel are super friendly. They remember who you are and greet you by name when you come in. The hotel is just perfect and close to the Airport

I didn't realize this hotel was as close to the airport as it is. I heard numerous airplanes when I was trying to fall asleep!

The staff was wonderful, always greeted my husband and I whenever we entered and left. Check in and check out was easy and hassle free. Rooms were nicely sized, breakfast was always delicious and fun, and location is great! We will be back again!

I did find a HUGE bug (maybe an oversized fly), but it was no match for my husbands shoe.

Friendly staff. Nice Breakfast. Accommodating for a late check-in and had the shuttle come get from the airport even though it was delayed until after 11pm.

AC unit was louder than "normal" but I was tired enough that it didn't matter.

I was disappointed to say the least. Definitely did not meet the expectations of cleanliness. As i was checking in a guest was in front of me showing the front desk gal a roach from his room that he'd caught. The young lady didn't seem to surprised.

Great front desk service. Really good breakfast buffet.

The pool wasnt as clean as it should have been.

The bathrooms were immaculately clean..even the floor grout!! The bed was wonderfully comfortable.

The lobby area was rather uninviting. You were allowed only one wake up call.
