I wish the bathroom had a door so I wouldn?t disturb others in the bedroom

The evening staff were terrible. We picked the hotel because of it's proximity to the airport (less than 2 miles) and they offered a hotel shuttle. We contacted the hotel at 10:33 pm to request the shuttle. An hour later we ended up catching an uber.

It was quiet and comfortable. One of the most pleasant hotel sleeping I've ever had.

There was no one in the lobby when I arrived and I had to wait approx. 10 minutes before someone showed up. I was surprised to note that all food items cost money. No breakfast included in price.

Hotel was clean and modern. Everything was well kept. Pool was great. Laundry was nice. Staff was friendly.

The towels, both pool and bath were so tiny. Like child sized. My only other complaint is that the airport shuttle did not run as expected but it still worked out.

The hotel does not have security. Also if you need to get a hold of the hotel directly, you cannot. No way of contacting the hotel directly only a call center.

The staff was banging on the doors at 9 and checkout isn't til 12

The room has several broken items including the night table. The phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. In addition, they were not transparent in regards to the fees.

Parking lot light shined directly into room and there was only a white curtain which did not block it

Cool, modern hotel. Felt more like a hostel vibe to me.

It was really loud. All throughout the night. If you¿re looking for a quieter stay I wouldn¿t suggest this hotel.

Friendly staff made the difference between this hotel and others. the WXYZ lounge is an excellent bartender and kept me entertained with good conversation while he managed to keep all the guests needs handled.

No complaints of note. Room was missing regular coffee and only had decafe. That¿s all I got. Awesome place.

i liked all the hotel had to offer

there was hair in our shower drain from previous guest(s), stray hairs on the towel rack in the bathroom, no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans in our room and there was a graduation party that ran well past 1130p that made it difficult to sleep

Modern feel, very clean. Staff extremely nice. Small Bar on property was a plus to relax at.
