TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville

Staff & accommodations were nice, hotel itself was clean and presentable, rooms were large and comfortable, overall great stay and well worth the price paid.

All was good.

Clean

Iwas downgraded from the room I reserved without notification or compensation

Staff

Love everything

Staff was great. Everything was clean and professional.

The pillows were terrible, but not worse than any other hotel pillows. The shower is weird. There’s no door and it was just wide open.

Kitchen lady is the best with wonderful BF. Clean room.

No water bottles and body lotion is not great. Fitness center is inadequate.

Great location. Large room. Good price

Room was very hot when we entered. Blasted the AC and it was fine

The hotel was very clean and fairly new judging from the furnitures, design and over all decor. Breakfast offered variety during the three days we were there. It is well stocked and even had fruits all day long.

Over nothing to complain about.

The room was a good size for the three of us and included a kitchenette. The hight;ight for us was being able to use the barbecue and fire table out front. The hotel is in a quiet are so there were no noise issues. Plenty of room for parking.

The nearby restaurant options were not to our liking but the hotel can't be faulted for that. No real issues to mention.

The staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast and atmosphere

The bed was extremely hard

Easy access and the facility was really great. This was my first time staying here and I will be returning in the future for work or attending concerts. Rooms were exceptionally clean and roomy. Breakfast was varied and good. Highly recommend! Staff were exceptional also. Well mannered and very helpful.

Breakfast was a surprise! We didn’t expect scrambled eggs or bacon to accompany our waffle. Excellent coffee.

Eggs were a bit cold.

Clean and quiet. Good price.

This hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Check in was super easy. The room was lovely. The location was good. The value was great! I will definitely use them again!

Very clean facility very nice workers

Nothing really that I didn’t like the size a few spiders here and there

Size of the room, cleanest, kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. Nice representative.

Location is not so convenient for me.

The breakfast could have been better but overall it was great

I paid before I arrive and when I arrive I was charge again and had to wait 7 days for a refund

The staff were all amazing especially Shequia! The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean.

The from patio needs to be cleaned more frequently as there was trash and ants under the tables and on the seating area.

The restroom sink stopper seemed odd. There was no control mechanism to operate it. Could not adjust it up and down.

Very nice place. Clean and cozy. Full size fridge was a plus. Breakfast was good.

I liked the well appointed rooms,. The staff was nice and courteous. The property looks and feels new(a BIG positive!). Value for money!
