It was clean and had comfortable beds

The hotel was fine, but the toilet in the room was not functioning. I asked for a new room but they had no other rooms available. They told me they would do a compensation but Im not sure if that was handled already as the manager was not on site.

It's close to the airport. It's quiet. It's clean

The amount of space is great if you need separate bedrooms. It had one private queen suite and private bath, a full kitchen and living room and a second bedroom with two queens and another private bath. Served our purpose and comfort. Breakfast included

The furniture and fixtures could use updating, but comfort, price and space outweighs shiny and new in my book.

It was convenient to the airport and had everything we needed.

The hotel didn¿t have a pool, but did allow us to use a neighboring hotel¿s pool.

The only issue we had was there was only one bath towel in the room. Other than that the staff was professional, kind, considerate and friendly. The rooms were clean, and we will stay there again.:)

The bed was broken, there was olives (from previous guests) in the refrigerator, elevator was dirty, and the people

We had a suite and it was huge!!

Breakfast was just okay. Could have been better for a hot breakfast.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends as they were driving back from Florida going to upstate NY. The manager was very accommodating In making arrangements.

The front desk lady who checked us in went above and beyond! She informed us that our room wasn¿t available and she¿d be able to give us the same number of beds in two rooms.

Breakfast items ran out before the breakfast time was over. No waffles or coffee for latecomers

Great location and hotel clean

TV did not work both nights.

The personal was very welcoming and willing to accommodate the group needs. Great location next to the airport. Laundry is completely complementary ( no money)

There were not hot water.

Kitchenette-very nice; showers-very good; loved having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for us; extra  pillows on the beds; linens-very good quality, front desk, was the BEST hotel employee I have ever met!

Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the bars poking through; breakfast was not as good as we hoped. I wish there was fresh fruit and fresh pastries/breads.

The staff was super kind and the hotel was clean. Thankful the windows open because the air conditioner didn't work.

The air conditioner didn't work, the bathroom door didn't lock. The floor was very slanted.

The lobby was remodeled and the staff were excellent. I was most nervous about taking the shuttle at 4am because I had a 6am flight. I was worried for nothing. I arrived to the airport on time. The location was great. We were only 5-10 mins away.

Cleaning staff coming around before checkout time and coming twice even though I had a later checkout. Social hour food was pitiful. If hummus is all they can afford to serve, they can stop with the social hour as I'm sure they're throwing food away.

Check in was quick, the grounds were well maintained

Being told on Saturday night that the reason our room wasn¿t refreshed upon our 2nd request that we weren¿t checked into room 107. In fact, we¿d been marked as a no show! We were on our 4th night and ANYONE could¿ve been checked in to our room!

It was very close to the airport and the hotel shuttle started at 4am.

I rented a room with two queens and got two doubles. We also got a suite when we didn't request that type of room. Room was a little worn. Bedroom was in good shape but the livingroom/kitchen was not.

Basketball court, size of room and location.

Room wasn¿t ready for check in until 4pm. Overall facility cleanliness was subpar (trash in stair wells and parking lot, trash cans over flowing).

Staff was wonderful. They went beyond helpful especially the manager 

Mattress was worn and was way beyond needing replacement.

I enjoyed the location tucked away off the beaten path

After checking in we bought our dog and were charged a extra $50 for him to stay and thought when I made the reservation I paid the dog fee.
