Two staff members we’re very pleasant and very helpful, Hotel employee were very helpful and went out of the way to be very nice and very helpful. I appreciate that.

The staff including manager were rude and not helpful and bus drivers were unpleasant and very rude with an attitude always telling people what to do in very bossy will not stay here ever again. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody.

Very clean and accommodating.

Our room on the 2d floor was very dark with no view whatsoever. Fine for our needs for one night, but if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.

The layout of the room was comfortable. The variety for the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel parking lot - having to register our car for parking seemed unnecessary and inconvenient based on location. We rented a car and given we didn?t know the information it was a pain to complete.

CLEAN!!! Well appointed hotel. Room was comfortable with a kitchen and the bed was so comfortable!!! Would definitely stay here again when in Raleigh.

I¿ve been staying at this particular hotel every time I visit Raleigh since 2015. It¿s always so clean and updated, it¿s remarkable they¿ve been able to maintain the hotel over this long time.

The room was awesome...modern, clean etc. The small FULL SERVICE KITCHEN was unexpected and very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is that I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started. It would be great if they had a "grab and go" option for those who travel early.

Beautiful room nice facility great staff and wonderful breakfast. Not right at the airport but less than ten minutes away but also removed from most major town activities.

I like that they offer hot breakfast.

A few of the receptionist at the front desk needs to do a class in customer service because they none whatsoever and so rude. I forgot to write their names down but i remember exactly how they look because during my stay they worked multiple days.

Nice room and clean.

The whole tv experience was a disaster. After a long day of travel, I want to turn on the tv and flip to ESPN. I DON¿t want to pair my phone to the tv and stream, etc. ect.

Clean and didn¿t take long to check in.

Front desk clerk charged me at the hotel when I had already paid online. But the morning clerk let me know that they refunded me back the day.

Staffs are friendly, close to the airport. Hotel is clean.

When we called for the shuttle to be picked up from the airport, it wasn’t available for another hour so we decided to get a taxi instead and we were charged for $22.

The staff was extraordinary. The room was nice and for the most part clean. I found fried chicken in the dishwasher, I don't think the cleaning staff looked in there. Everything else seemed well.

The shower curtain was too short so a lot of water escaped while I showered.

The rooms and public spaces were immaculate and as good as higher priced hotels, but the staff are the real selling point. As good as I've seen in the best luxury hotels. Professional, friendly, happy to help.

Smooth check in and the large rooms, nice bar down stairs closes at 11pm..and the breakfast in the morning was top Chef omelet station

Only thing I did not like was the $7 charge for parking in a self parking lot

Very clean and new. Great location, comfortable, good bed.
