Four Points By Sheraton - Raleigh-Durham Airport

Location and staff was nice. Flight delay so worked for last minute selection just needed to sleep and be up super early for new flight .

Wish more amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc not as updated but it was clean and I appreciated that

The location was good.

I booked a room at Four Points bc the ad stated the hotel was "exceptionally clean". It is everything but clean. The pool was closed, all of the laundry facilities were temporarily out of service, and there was NO running water for hours on 2 occasions.

Pool was the perfect temperature for winter. My four year old loved it.

It was in a quiet location, yet close to a lot of attractions in the area.

I wished that there were ice machines on each floor and vending machines. A Jacuzzi would have been nice too.

I did not care for the breakfast. I ordered from the menu not from the breakfast bar area. Eggs were overcooked and toast was very dry and not hot so butter would not melt.

I like the proximity to the airport and I like the lobby

I did not like that the first room I entered had the strong smell of recently eaten ethic food. And I did not think the second room I stayed in was decorated well. There was too much space with too little furniture. It felt bare. Not feng shui was way off

The key card to room did not work and I had to return to the lobby to have them reprogram it. Got into the room, then left for the day. When I returned, it again did not work. It was bothersome to have to stand in line, waiting for key card help, twice.

This hotel is newer which is always nice. The beds were nice

The front desk guy could have cared less. Very unimpressed! Had a room that had an adjoining door that had a ooor seal and could hear the tv and people talking all night!!! The curtains did not keep the light out! Overall very disaapointing

New, spacious, clean, comfortable and contemporary style room, extremely helpful staff. Close to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and room was nice. They were also one of the few places I stayed in a long time that had real room service menu meal type food available late night. Most places don't have that type of option.

The pillows were a little to soft and deflated once your head touched them.
