stayAPT Suites Raleigh-Durham/RTP

It was a nice apartment BUT the sink in the bathroom was just a drizzle. I was told by the staff that was a water pressure issue for everyone. BUT asking a few other guests about it, no one else had the issue, so we had to use the bathtub to wash up. :(

I love all of the home like amenities.

There were no towels or wash cloths, but I called and someone brought some right away

The concept of it being an apartment style hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the convenience of having a full kitchen with a dishwasher was great! The convenience of the laundry room and gym were an added bonus.

The hot water when showering lasted for 5 minutes at max. And the plumbing made really loud noises at night. And the fact that no one answered when we called the office or after hours number provided in case of an emergency.

The studio style was very convenient, the setting like a small apartment was great.

Going up the stairs with all the luggage they should have a ramp in to get everything up. Then they did not clean the ice in the hallway. The room is nice but the price does not match.

It's a good extended stay place there was a decent kitchen and the bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy with plenty of linens

It didn't get cleaned every week even after we tidied up as requested. We asked for more towels and went almost 4 days without toilet paper despite asking for some more

Management is awesome, rooms clean, nice staff! Perfect place for extended stays! Zereene (not sure if i spelled it right) and Queen are awesome! Housekeepers were friendly! 100% recommended!!!

The apt was super clean, great location, staff super personable and very helpful, we are relocating and both Queen and Serene made our transition less stressful!

Location was the only thing good

The main reason I stayed there was for the bathtub for my spouse. I asked the manager five times for a stopper for the tub. They set housekeeping twice, brought the wrong stopper. Never came back and never cleaned the tub. Had to buy products from the Walmart next door to make sure the tub was clean myself.

The location was close to great restaurants and a Walmart. You could be in Cary or Durham in a matter of minutes. The setup is beautiful with a central courtyard where you can sit with friends or grill out. It is very safe and secure as you need a key to enter anywhere in the facility. The staff were great. Queen was one of the managers and she was awesome! Some folks are staying for an extended time and they were wonderful as well. They helped me out by giving me tips on how to make the most of my stay.

No elevator so if you're on the second level and have difficulty navigating steps or need to carry lots of items, it may be challenging.

It was nice and comfortable but not so much clean feeling.

It seem like the floor wasn’t mopped, my mom socks were dirty from walking on the floors. Also there was a pot that was not cleaned properly. It concerned me because this trip was for my son who is being seen at Duke Medical Center for a rare immune disorder so it is crucial to have a clean space for him.

It was clean, that’s it

We had to lift the back of the toilet to flush it, our keys stopped working a couple of times, had no utilities to cook in, doubt I’ll be staying or recommending

The room was fantastic! Location to everything was perfect

There are no elevators so keep that in mind, no breakfast or other related things, someone decided to play with my motorcycle while in the parking lot over night but that’s not on the hotel

No running cold water in the bathroom, squeaky bathtub, loud fridge

The room setups are awesome. It feels more like an apartment. They are extremely well kept. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for my needs.

I have no dislikes. They were great.
