Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek

The hotel staff was very professional. Hotel employee was a friendly and helpful professional. The morning staff at the breakfast was outstanding. My wife and i really enjoy the stay. .

There should be a lot more designated Handicap parking space's made available for customer's. With a parking area of 100-125 parking space's. There should at least be a minimum of 20-25 Handicap space's.

Billed for incidentals and never removed from credit card. Never purchased any incidentals

I liked their breakfast that they served. There were a lot of options which is really nice. And the staff making sure that everything was running okay and clean is an extra bonus.

Close to the airport

They did not give me the correct room type that I booked, the shuttle driver was very late and goes to other hotels also, and the hotel charges you to leave your vehicle in the lot.

The hotel and room were clean and well-maintained. It was nice that they had a hot tub and it was open until 11pm.

The breakfast closed early (9am). Checkout was late (12pm) so we weren¿t in a hurry to get out of the room but when we came down at 8:55 to get breakfast, almost everything was gone. We were definitely not the only ones looking for food either.

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport! The room was small but it was perfect for me. I had an early flight that morning and had to drop off a rental car at 7:30am. I¿m so happy with the location and how close the restaurants were.

Very clean, beautiful view out the window, very nice people at the desk, very nice breakfast, great valet service to the airport.

It was convenient, we were able to make a last-minute reservation, and the pool was open, as the advertisement stated.

The pool water had way too much chlorine in it.

Hotel is perfect

Staff awesome they even gave me a 3pm Clare checkout since my flight was at 4:30p. Facility in excellent condition. Very clean. Will stay here weekly now for business.

Fairfield Inn & Suites advertized hot tub, but after arriving found out closed due to Pandemic.

Nice staff. Problem with HVAC consistent heating of room. Cold room and building and cold air blowing in elevators. Winter season.

The grab and go breakfast was ok- could have been better- the orange was not ripe and the Greek yogurt was past the sell by date.
