Hampton Inn Mebane

The hotel and room was vey clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

They charged the incorrect credit card which put my account into the negative and caused me to have to borrow money to get home. I also have overdraft charges.

Location

We needed a hotel with a lounge area and bar and the advertising said they had that. They didn¿t and lots of remodeling is going on so the public area was uncomfortable and not even a tv to watch during breakfast or late night visiting.

They charged me almost $--- for one night. Still have not received a refund. Took me almost 24 hours to reach a manager. Still had to drive back for them to respond to me. After that still not much help. Staff is lacking training. Will never book or

Room needed one more bedside table and updated chairs.

Breakfast was good.

The bathroom floor had not been swept, carpets not vacuumed, and the tub was stained brown. The sofa couch had no pillows or blankets.I asked front desk and they said it was in the closet and the only thing in the closet was a sheet.

The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent and very accommodating and the hotel was following covid safety precautions.

The fitness room was outdated and 50% of the cardio fitness equipment were out of order.

It was pretty clear that the room hadn¿t been cleaned, including one of the beds. I was too tired to switch rooms.

Wifi was not free, and it was not clear there was a degraded free wifi. Bathroom supplies were skimpy.

Our family was in town for a wedding (26 people), the snow storm came, the staff accommodated our every request even though they experienced an influx of unexpected guests because of the storm. They were genuinely concerned for our comfort & wellbeing!

Clean room, housekeeping doesn't disturb you early in the morning like some hotels, good breakfast except would have preferred the cheese omelet everyday. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Only served cheese omelet once, we do not eat pork products and scrambled eggs were not very good. Swimming pool is small and with rain, basically unusable during stay.

Renovations were nice!

I booked a king bed room, but when I got there, they only had two queen bed rooms.

Staff very accommodating and personable. Third time we have booked this particular site and have not been disappointed yet!!!!Kudos to the staff, management and owners of this fine facility.

Location was good with plenty of restaurants close by.

Breakfast not up to par with other Hampton Inn locations, fruit tasted bad, juices were watered down to be flavored water, muffins very dry.

Very comfortable and quiet. Nice amenities (breakfast, wifi, etc.)

Commode stopped up and no one could fix it. Horrible experience
