Quality Inn & Suites Lexington South

Location and the room was nice.

Floor was clean to the appearance but spilled some water and had to get it up with those nice white towels and it was very dirty. Did not address it with staff, because I didn't sleep on the floor.

Clean, affordable. Nice staff

Staff and management cheerful, hardworking but making it look easy! We were greeted by name, made to feel welcome, and treated like family.

Breakfast was decent.

The woman at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE, she had a very nasty attitude because of her i wont ever come back to this hotel she deserves to lose her job she is not a good fit for a front desk person at a hotel.

My husband and I are ¿in between¿ homes and needed a week stay before closing on our new house. The staff here couldn¿t have been friendlier or more accommodating. We highly recommend the Quality Inn in Lexington!

The location was great!

I was in a non-smoking room, but I could smell someone smoking in the area.

Attentive and helpful staff; helped me with jumping the battery for my car. People willingness to resolve my car problem referring me to a good Auto technician. Hotel very close to stores, restaurants with local food menu! I will stay again at this

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

During the week, breakfast included sausage and biscuits. These were not available on Saturday. The sausage was the only low carb choice available.

Vending machines were reasonably priced

The door was difficult to unlock. This was reported when I checked in, it seems like they would fix that. Took me a while to get the door opened.

I enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The location was perfect for me to quickly access the interstate to get to my venue. The room had all the essential amenities.

The hallways have an odor.

My husband and I live locally but due to a fire we have stayed at almost every motel in Lexington and Salisbury. This motel is by far our favorite. Staff is absolutely exceptional, especially management. Rooms are clean,quiet and pet friendly.

Very basic breakfast, but adequate. The pool is still closed and really it should be open by now. Pillows are too small for the bed. Other than minor issues, it's definitely the best budget friendly motel in Lexington and the only one we now stay at.

The girl at the front desk was delightful.

We stayed 5 nights. We asked for partial room refresh; specifically fresh towels, coffee and trash removed. Never happened! The front desk girl repeatedly apologized and continued to put notes in daily. Still never happened. SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK!

My first night there I woke up with my arm red and swollen something had bitten me. Not sure if it was bedbugs or not but I sprayed everything down after that with alcohol and Lysol

Staffs are nice but no one wears the mask.

There¿s cockroaches in bathroom and out dated. There hot breakfast is a joke serve biscuit and gray It¿s awful.
