The cost.

The room had an immense level of humidity. The flooring, bedding, and surfaces felt damp and the room smelt musty. I booked the room for 2 nights, yet checked out after the first night. It was not a pleasant experience.

Quiet dark room.

Not enough fresh fruit for breakfast.

Staff - friendly Location - close to event we were attending.

There 3 days; 1st day we put do-not-disturb sign on door; but next 2 days room was not cleaned.

They did not have the rooms we requested, we paid for suites with 2 queen beds and pull out couch, neither room had the couch. Floors seemed wet all the time, like with condensation. Front desk clerk was friendly but not knowledgeable of what was avail.

The housekeepers was very friendly and some of the front desk workers

They wasn?t able to accommodate our stay they knew our stay plane but they was always moving us, also if we had an complaint they would try to talk over us because the color of our skin, but another race say something about no hot water they refund money

Only one thing was I couldn¿t get shower door to open from opposite side.. other than that there were no issues

The room was clean, beds were good quality and it was very quiet.

There is a weird smell when taking a shower, probably old pipes. Whoever they contracted to do the remodeling, the door gets stuck. I had to pry it open with my hands from up top because it gets jammed.

The room was very modern and clean with vinyl flooring throughout that gave the room spacious airy atmosphere with a lovely area rug. Thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and kindness of the customer service.

We did not have any toilet paper in our room and the guest washer was broke.

The staff there is outstanding. Everyone has been friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

No continental breakfast or grab bag breakfast like I have experienced in other hotels. That make you have to spend extra money or skip breakfast.

We were staying here due to our previous landlord selling the land we rented and didn't have any place to go. We were here going on 4 weeks when. Front desk calls one hour before we were asked to leave. No notice no nothing.

It is right next to a railroad, though only one train went by that I was aware of.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good. They also have a deli on site for off-hours hunger!! Shower was great with lots of water pressure. Lots of TV stations too.

Some things were a bit worn and tired looking. Could use coat of paint to freshen up.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was so clean! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the ranking it had online. Very impressed.

Woke up in the morning to a large black hairy worm on the bed beside the headboard.

No fruit at continental breakfast, and no skim milk - drove to a store and purchased my own.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They went out of their way to make sure that our stay was good.

We had requested a "suite" with two queens and a hide abed. They room had two queens and two chairs, and we had to ask that be remedied. The staff provided a roll away bed since they were unable to meet our original request.
