The bed bugs and filthy shower were my least favorite part. When i made the front desk aware of the bedbug issue, the lady said theyve had issues with that room lately..

The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. There was mold in the shower tracks of the door. Otherwise it was very clean. The bed was a little lumpy but slept good overall. The AC worked wonderfully. The price was on the higher end but worth it.

The room and bathroom was very clean and the location was great for the winery.

The night shift staff member was a bit rude to some of the guests and we had an extremely aggressive encounter with another hotel guest.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! We had a roommate issue and they were fast to correct it for us. The coffee in the lobby was always hot and fresh. Most comfortable bed!

We have only positive things to say about our stay!

Location was in a small town Lexington which was perfect. We were at a beautiful winery which serviced great wine and food. The town had several Great BBQ restaurants as well. The hotel was new and updated. Served Breakfast.

Issues I saw with hotel were, bathroom plumbing needed work. The shower plumbing was not installed correctly, just bad job. Carpet had a stain on it and was sticky. Short on staff, limited room service.

Several broken things. The pool. The juice maker. Lobby toilet. Phone in room. This was a first. We have stayed here multiple times and never experienced this before.

There were some minor issues in the bathroom which could be fixed easily. Toilet lid was loose, toilet paper holder was very loose, shower head was loose inside the wall,would have been nice to have a bath mat for the shower, it was slick.

Room was clean and comfortable

Key card system, for the room door, was difficult to use and took several tries to open. The room ac/heater unit wasn't working properly and you couldn't adjust the room temperature.

Convenient to major routes, clean,freindly staff, adequate complimentary breakfast,pretty backdrop of vineyards where we took daily walks watching the many birds that call this home.

Front facing rooms are noisy from nearby highway, 18 wheelers all night long.

Very nice location of the hotel, clean, nice, friendly service. I liked it very much. I sincerely recommend it and I will definitely come back there.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful hot breakfast. Would definately stay here again.

We had booked a king size bed. Unfortunately, they didn't have any so we had to take a room with two queen size beds, but it was all good.

Front desk staff was not customer focused. No advance notice that pool was out of order and why we chose the property

The fireplace in the lobby was nice

Picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. We check in, change and head to the pool only to find a very small note on the door saying "out of order"! At no point before that were we notified. It won't reopen till April!

The size of the rooms with double beds. There was plenty of space and cleanliness was outstanding.

We are very surprised that it is listed as a 2.5 star Hotel. It should have a 4 or 5 star rating. The facilities were recently updated: bedrooms, dining room and food, beautiful outdoors, and service were all excellent!

The location,the front desk help was excellent,breakfast was good,the peace and quiet was great,that's what the trip was all about,this is about the 3rd year in a row, looking forwards to more visits.

That it wasn't stated on their website that that the indoor pool was closed. The pool was the main reason for picking the hotel.
