breakfast- hot items( eggs, sausages, etc.) weren't hot. Drinks such as coffee, etc. were fine.

It was clean except for bathroom. Some mold in bathroom. Maintenance needs to caulk in shower. Breakfast is a great amenity and it was excellent. Great coffèe to.

Bathroom floor was wet like it had just be cleaned. I almost fell.

The service was bad. They didn¿t restock towels, didn¿t empty the trash, didn¿t remake the bed. We asked for towels and coffe for the next day¿and had to go downstairs to the front desk and pick them up ourselves. No one brought them to our room.

There were cigarette holes in the blankets, room wouldn¿t cool off. Thermostat said 68 but it was about 80 degrees. They air wouldn¿t kick on. We were there 6 nights. Asked hotel to clean room 3 different times. Never did until our last night there. Rud

Everything was clean for the most part and smelled clean.

The carpet floors in the room needed to be vacuumed bad. I have a 2yr old and she kept picking up long strands of hair from the floor and giving them to me ¿¿. We went to Walmart and picked up a small blanket for her to play on.

Good location

The description said indoor pool. Only had outdoor pool which was not open yet. We picked this hotel based on it having an open (indoor pool). My 10 year old grandson was very disappointed that the hotel was not as advertised.

Our overall experience was Great. The staff was very friendly and the check in and check out was very easy. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to choose from. The cleanliness of the room and common areas were stellar.

did not clean our room. had to request housekeeping for the remainder of our stay (4 days). they still did not clean. they did not know why??? we had to carry up towels, coffee, cups, trash bags each day. very disappointed.

There isn't another on on the north side. All the other hotels in this town suck.

Shower could stand to be recaulked, pretty nasty on the bottom. Never could get the temperature of the room cool. Strong musty smell in room.

Its was nice and clean. Friendly staff.

The ac stopped working after the 1st night. We were given a box fan but it only helped a little.
