Hampton Inn & Suites Huntersville

The breakfast could have been a little better. Everything was frozen foods and reheated. But it was free.

The room was quiet! In so many hotels (esp low star like this one) you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. It was silent. So nice! Staff were lovely. Parking was easy.

Personally, breakfast. But their offering is standard for hotels of this class, and the staff working the area were helpful and super friendly.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There are no good family restaurants nearby, only fast food. There is no sitting room in the lobby so you must use the breakfast room. I wanted to work on my iPad as my wife watched tv but there was a loud group of gigglers and shouters in the room.

Staff is great. We have stayed multiple times at this location and everyone is great. Location is perfect and near everything. Second visit in last six months. Fifth total visit to this location.

Rooms are very dated, carpet sticks and has overwhelming odor of excessive carpet disinfectant. Needs refurbished. Bathrooms and linens need improvements.

The TV made it less than great. There was no way to navigate the channels. There was no directory.

All the staff was fantastic. This is my third stay in this hotel and they did a wonderful job.

Karen's would find something wrong no matter what. Just a few minor issues in our queen suite. USB plug didn't work, two bulbs burned out and A/C didn't get as cold as my wife would have liked. Cleaner than Disney, Universal and other high priced hotels.

Location.

It was not like Hampton Inn I exclusively stay. The pillows were like bricks. As if they were picked out of the dumpster.

Comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The decor was a bit outdated-- darker colors and wallpaper, but overall was clean and comfortable.

Staff went above and beyond to help with printing out a few labels for a in-prompt-to award needed for a dance competition.

Did not get my points with third party booking.

Closeness to family we were visiting; ease of access to highways

Though on the 4th floor, we were on the front side of the building and traffic noise went on all night. Luckily we always travel with earplugs and they were needed.

food on very first day very disappointing, watery gravy, rubbery potatoes, eggs tasted like microwave gone wrong, however cold food good and quite an assortment

The noisy guests. The first night young children playing, giggling, and screaming as if on a playground. Second night, youngadults or teens allowing door to close very hard and yelling down the hallway. Behavior more appropriate to home than in public.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel along with it's buffet breakfast.

The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way from major shopping centers and restaurants.

It was clean, nicely decorated, and comfy. It also featured good customer service and nice amenities.

The way the room was set up was a bit awkward for getting the luggage cart in and out of the room in a functional manner.

Easy to find, complimentary breakfast was actually substantial and varied.

Our room was tiny, and the pillows were all very soft, even the allegedly "firm" ones. Couldn't run laptop/tablet into the television.

Super clean...fresh bed cover...lots of pillows...great breakfast.

I really liked everything but an indoor pool would be nice.
