Holiday Inn Express Hillsborough-Durham Area By IHG

We had a medical emergency with both of us as high risk and tested.positive for covid. We asked for a credit to be used in the future when we return to the area for specific medical tests that we had to cancel. We received a small partial refund

Bed linen with holes in material and stains. Outlet cover separated from wall.

I received my key and was walking away when I heard the guest behind me say he went to his room and someone was in it. I was pretty shocked. We went to our room and someone was in it too!!! We came down and she gave us a new room. Scary!

I liked the location and the breakfast was good.

I think my wife and I got some flea bites. Not sure if pets are allowed but I saw someone in the morning taking a dog out of their room and outside for a bathroom break.

Clean - very quiet location.

Pool was closed. Took us two tries to get keys that worked. Seems like they may be understaffed like everywhere. Could hear everything in other rooms - turn fan on / block door bottom w pillow!

Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast, quiet. Tucked away off the main street in a beautiful spot. Close to downtown and the Interstate.

Stayed 3 nights and hotel staff TEFUSED to give us fresh sheets. We had to call repeatedly 2 days in a row for clean towels snd even toilet paper!!!!

Clean room, comfortable bed.

There was a weird looking stain in the shower floor, but I think it was just a sloppy installation.

Excellent staff cared for us like we were family while we were in town for my son¿s funeral. Extremely accommodating. Best hotel in hillsborough!

A clean, comfortable hotel. The location is right off the interstate. I would stay there again.

Good, friendly and responsive staff.

Hotel caters to many traveling construction crews. They tended to make excessive noise at night. On a good note, the night manager immediately took care of the issue when we reported it.

once I finally got to my room there was blood on the sheets (the bed was made) so it tells me maids didn¿t really clean the room. Lastly there was never anyone at the front desk and again no one for checkout Friday morning

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very busy due to the weather conditions in the area but still took time to answer my questions.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us for our event. It was really clean, felt safe. Socially distanced from other guests.

Wishing they could have had more than coffee for breakfast. I know, Covid19. Not many people staying here yet but employees were hard to find when we needed assistance both checking in and leaving. The employee WAS noted out front in the morning smoking

Took three attempts to find a room to store functions. This property is a one star at best. I have never seen such a run down Holiday Inn. Disrepair And dirty
