Pros +

Very comfortable room and delicious meal at Spencer's Tavern, the onsite restaurant.
The owners and staff are very friendly, approachable, and helpful.
Every employee of the hotel was very accommodating

Cons -

The room temperature adjustments are a bit tricky, but we got it. I should have asked for a thinner pillow; those provided are luxurious but a bit too thick for me.
