Hampton Inn Hickory

Really kind staff.

This was not the hotel’s fault, but there was no hot water for a shower when I got there. Eventually it was corrected.

Room was very nice

The hotel was under construction which would've been nice to know that, plus the hotel was had very few guests so the rate seemed a bit excessive.

The 2 ladies who were on staff at the desk the evening of 8/22 were phenomenal

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast staff were extremely friendly , helpful , and genuinely good people. We left are dress clothes there and the staff was happy to mail them to us. The best hotel stay that I can remember.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast on Sunday was superb, rooms were clean and the pool was also clean. Loved it and would go back. We travel often with two kids on travel soccer. One of my favorites

Dirty bathroom. Hairs all over the floor. Chairs dirty and had a tear in the arm. Very much in need of room upgrades. Hampton Inns are usually cleaner than my experience with this room.

I've stayed at Hampton Inn, Hickory NC, before. It's clean and relatively new. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was awesome. Room was clean and comfy.

When I go out of town Hampton inn is my favorite hotel. They are always clean and the people are wonderful. This one didnt disappoint. We had singing and smiles for breakfast. But everyone is so wonderful! Every stay is pleasant.

We¿ve been using this hotel for business annually for many years. It was disappointing that there were no warm cookies for us this year.

They only had soap, we didn¿t have shampoo toothpaste or any extra, I¿m sure they would have brought stuff to us but I had it packed in case. I loved the suite, but the furniture, chairs particularly were breaking down and needs to be replaced?

It was super clean! Check in was fast and easy. They have good snacks and frozen meal selections for late check ins. They are pet friendly and it¿s no hassle.

The mattress I think was bit worn, could be "reshreshed"(LOL) but still gave us a good night sleep

It had a pool and our room was roomier than normal.

The bathtub drained really really slow.

The cleanliness. Lobby, hallways, and rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly, helpful, polite, and courteous. The variety of items with the free breakfast were great!

Sheer curtains covered the windows. The heavy draperies were fixed so they couldn't be closed all the way to block out light from the streetlights.

Cleaned sealed and staff was eager to serve!

ONLY issue was a slow elevator.
