The room was cleaner than I expected.

Cons -

It was ok when you stayed by the office. but the other rooms are infested with roaches. And the owner will try to make you feel bad that you don't want to stay in the room with roaches. The fumes from the pinesol are so strong.
Ants in the room. The room ac was left off till I turned it on should be at least set back temp of 78 room took a bit to cool
Wasn't enought soap, towels and rags were stained. No clock or radio. See a few roaches at night.
