We love staying there. Location is great.
They had soap dispensers on the wall but no soap :( That’s the only thing I thought was odd

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I do enjoy the breakfast in the mornings as well.
There was urine on the walls in the bathroom, the toilet was filthy, the microwave was dirty, the tub had grime, the floors even after housekeeping came inside were dusty and unkept. The refrigerator kept shutting down and the HVAC system only worked on random settings.

The room were very clean. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so polite and helpful. I have never stayed at in other red roof but this one by Greensboro airport is one of my favorites.

Quiet, comfortable bed, available breakfast, pleasant staff.
Phone or hair dryer neither one worked. Breakfast a little sparse like fruit option was choice of two darkening bananas, no oatmeal or grits packages the first day, oatmeal on second day but no microwave. No I didn't ask and since I was ready to leave I wasn't going back upstairs to fix breakfast.

Location not bad
The 1st room had bugs in it. I have pictures. The front desk guy allow us to switch to room 2. Room 2 had dirty sheets and shower curtain. I purchased new sheets and comforter due to uncleanness
