It was very quiet, Breakfast staff were so friendly and morning hotel staff

The manager asked me what type of service dog I had which is against the law. She also told me that the 50.00 charge would come off if the room was not damaged. The morning staff took off the charge.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Pet fee of $75 is outrageous

It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk for check in. They assigned us a room, but gave us the wrong key. The only ice was on the 6th floor. There was no mirror in the room.

The staff was amazing. I really appreciate how we were greeted and attention to detail. The gentleman working Christmas Eve was fantastic.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness in the bathroom. Floor was sticky and surfaces in room not wiped down.

Great location for a road trip stopover. Pool is perfect for the kids and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 12 pm checkout is also super helpful when traveling and needing a little extra time in the morning. Hi

Location for travel

I did not like the parking ! Each night I was there I had to park my car on the side of a curb because there were no parking spot available .

Close to major highway. Very clean.

Lousy pillows: no neck support¿

Hotel employee! Very helpful and welcoming. The lobby was very nice.

The room had a musty odor when we arrived. The hot breakfast was out 20 minutes before breakfast was over.

Light and welcoming lobby with friendly, attentive staff. Quick heck in and out.

CLEAN, offered breakfast, had a pool, nice size TV, comfortable beds.

Just the view I had. It faced a side of a drab looking hotel.

The cleanliness and adherence to Covid-19 guidelines!!!! Every staff member was AMAZING and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! We really enjoyed our stay!

In the middle of nowhere. I was not paying attention when booking at location. Far from post. That was my fault. Fayetteville is huge!

Everything was amazing! Hotel  employee at the desk was exceptional! All staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was spectacular!

Convenient location

Our room was doubled booked! As my wife and I were getting settled another couple walked in. They had been given the room earlier, went to eat came back and found us! Most unsettling hotel staff could not have cared less.
