The guy working the front desk was nice and it was close to where we were staying

The entire property was just disgusting the room was so gross and dirty walls have never been wiped down in 20 years nothing in the entire building has been updated in 20 years some of the furniture was stained and ripped up there was no breakfast include

Sorry but it wasn¿t up to par¿ room extremely run down ¿ no coffee machine no ice bucket broken remote

Run down, strange people lurking about in parking area and in lobby¿ WiFi was not working¿ no ice bucket in room no coffee maker either no iron¿. Bathroom floor extremely sandy/dirty¿.elevators ran so slow

I advise everyone to stay AWAY from this terrible hotel. We were given a room with no shower curtain, a disgusting dirty toilet, towels were black from dirt, tiles on the ceiling fuwet which caused a terrible smell.

We were moved to another room, after we complaint about the roaches and no air conditioning plus all I stated above d and it was no different. We slept for a few hours since we drove 14 hours and it was pouring. We couldn't take a shower as it was dirty.

I will be contacting you for a full refund. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We walked in and within 5 minutes both of my kids were crying and asking me to please get back in the car and not stay the night. We left.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel other than the parking lot was nicely striped. That's where the compliments end. everything inside was trash. This building should be imploded. It is not inhabitable.

Elevator was very quiet and fast

Was out dated needs to be updated hotel room phone didn't work the bed looked like someone had just got it ,the bed spread had burn marks and stains on it ,carpet had big balls of hair on it ,top of fridge wasn't defrosted

Front desk employees were very nice

So scary!! Bad location. Feared for our lives. Had been woken up at 4:00 am due to a loud screaming and fighting. Threw linens and food out into the hallway. Packed up and quietly snuck out left at 4:30 am. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Free parking, Free internet

1st room-dirty. 2nd-had guest already!! 3rd-cleaner. Elevator smelled of weed and ppl were smoking weed in room down the hall from me in a smoke free building. Ashes behind our dresser in our supposed smoke free room. No bed protectors. Horrible!!

The staff checked us out promptly when we decided to leave early.

There was graffiti on the building and undesirable people hanging around inside and outside of the hotel. I can't even begin to describe the horrible conditions of this hotel. Trash in the hallway and just utter filth. Felt completely unsafe.

Not a damn thing

Rooms nasty crackheads everywhere people pacing halls I checked in and went to room and left I couldn¿t even stay this place needs to be burned down freaking nasty drugs being sold in parking lots hallways smell like weed hallways carpet sticky nasty ¿¿

This was the worst quality inn I have ever stayed in room was very dirty floors not vacuumed lamps tables with dust and bathroom wasn’t clean walls toilet and sink dirty when I complained about the desk clerk was rude

As soon as I opened the door a roach fell on my arm!!! I was disgusted! They did quickly and politely locate me a cleaner room with no bugs!

I made my reservation days before my stay, and when I got there they told me my reservation was not in their sister, even when. I was showing them my receipt and they charge me again.

The staff was very nice and polite

The bed was all jack up the mattress was wore out need to be replace they give me other room that was so so and that have dirt dust in i check out the day and left foiled my and lost money on the room because there policy.

Nothing!!!!

Roaches swarming the room and bsthrrom, dirty floors, cig butts and cigars, ashes on flor, lights not working, broke patio door, towels stained and thin, used shampoo, torn covers and inside out sheets, one bed was completely broken at the base. TERRIBLE!

I am requesting a refund. A roach was under the blanket with me and my fiancé. The bed was tucked inn all the way around and he was crawling on my legs under the blanket

This room was terrible, carpet was sticky. Room smelled like watered down urine. It was an awful room reserved a queen bed got a full size. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Was the worst hotel experience I ever had. First thing I see when I walk into the room is a roach crawling up the wall. No light bulbs,so I called font desk so went to another room. This room was no better ended up staying in 4 rooms very disappointed.

Everything I wanted a refund for the second night but the cancellation fee was $140 and they mixed up the rooms they had 1 room with one king bed for 3 people I paid for a suite so send me to the sencond room on 18th still wrong same set up as we left.

Absolutely nothing , the worse place I’ve ever stayed

Mold on shower curtain, bath towels dirt stained , bed sheets disgusting with stains that look like human feces , the bathroom light didn’t work , a sock behind the bathroom door , the floor was outrageously sticky , the carpet Had food on it

I didn’t like anything best about this hotel I traveled from 4 hours away I left home at 5 am got there at 9 I had to wait until 3 to get the room the front desk person  WasS sooo rude . I waited in the lobby from 9am-3pm .

I didn’t know anyone so , I couldn’t go to anyone’s house and wait . I was tired and sleepy she had no sympathy ...
