Easy access to eating places and gas stations

Incidental fee was not mentioned upfront when I made reservations. Desk staff were efficient but not friendly.

rooms were clean and quiet. showers were hot and bed comfortable

the morning breakfast could use some help. Twice the oatmeal was swimming in water and barely cooked. Once the decaf coffee was lukewarm also. Wish we could get almond milk for a milk option.

The staff was nice - each time I left they had to reset my key and did so with no complaints

I paid extra for a king suite with a spa tub - it had a spa tub but it was the same size as a normal run with a few jets - and the area around the drain was stained badly black so I only showered there. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not .

The woman who checked me in was really friendly.

Key card stopped working but the staff was able to provide a new one. Also, a couple of gluten-free options for breakfast would be nice.

Front desk clerk at check in was very friendly.

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely disgusting, cold and very old food no drink besides watered down cranberry juice.

Staff at check in could know more about local things. Also they could stock more paper products in the bathroom. Low on TP

The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on. It was spongy and the sheets did not fit the bed correctly. Price was expensive for such a small town with not much to do. I will not visit again.

Staffs willingness to work with .e on check out time. The reason I was there was a stressful family issue and they made things easier for me.

Parking was a little tricky at times but nothing bad. Nearby restaurants within walking distance were not good, but that was no fault of the hotel.

The 1st room smelled strongly like mildew. I was unable to stay in that room because the smell was disgusting and I was concerned there were toxins that may impact my health. The 2nd room smelled bad but bearable- fitness center bad smell, broke equipment
