The beds was comfortable. The staff was nice.

The desk chair they had in the room was raggedy and they’re still doing construction on the walls and the hallways in the hotel were wet.

It was near a highway

The smell of pee on the carpet was overwhelming!!This hotel was loud and could not sleep!!!Kids running up and down the halls and the hotel was really dated!!Holes in walls!!

The breakfast wasn’t bad. It just didn’t have any protein except for the peanut butter.

After three days on the third floor w/2 11lb dogs. the elevator across from the counter, the front desk lady banged on our door @8PM, we had to move, but no rooms avail. She accused us of hiding the dogs. So we left at 9:00

The staff was pleasant

The chair was rickety, very small fridge and old furnishings.

Staff totally ignored me and several other customers at check in. It smelled awful of pot and cigarette smoke. I could not adjust the temp or the fan in the room.

The staff was wonderful.

So normally when we stay at this hotel we don?t have any issues. But this go round we had to bring our dog. So they put us in a ?dog room? the room smelt HORRIBLE!!! The bed linen, towels & rags even smelt like a wet nasty dog. We ended up leaving early.

Pool was closed, some staff was rude, back entrance smelled like pee, falsely accused of smoking in the room and kicked out and belittled by staff.

After I voiced my disappointment with the room they gave me, front desk person showed me three other rooms that were better and I took one of them.

Hotel was listed on your site as 2.5 Stars but I feel that's really inaccurate. As soon as you entered the hotel it smelled musty, moldy and the room was in the same condition. Carpets in the hotel dirty carpets in the room torn.

Location is very good easy to find and easy in and out.

Could be a bit cleaner ,but not to bad for an older hotel ,just a little more up keep.

It was located conveniently. The coffee was good.

The hairdryer did not work. The bathroom sink leaked and the faucet was troublesome. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Carpet had spots and bed was worn on one side and should be replaced soon.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

It was overall a good experience. The staff were very nice and the room was clean but worn down. They refreshed our room everyday which was extremely nice.

The room smelled a bit (like pee) maybe because of the air conditioning unit? Otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

The location

The hotel was extremely dirty and in need of repair and paint. The carpet in the hallway were stained and dirty and smelled terrible. I stayed in room 315. The refrigerator was broken, hole in carpet, dirty walls, rotted baseboard near bathroom

The convenience to what I needed to do by being close by

Manager could use a few customer service classes. Also my room did not have shampoo or lotion.
