Super 8 by Wyndham Clemmons/Bermuda Run/Winston-Salem I-40

Loud vehicles all night long, slamming off doors, and the bed has the metal frame that every time I tried to move it sounded like i was beating on metal. The worst experience I've ever had at any hotel stay and I'm 61 years old.

The bed closest to the door in room 206, every time you moved in the middle of the night the metal based flexed and made a noise every single time. The bed was horrible and should never use a metal based to hold the mattress. There was no way to quiet

Marijuana smell in hallways and exterior. Breakfast is very poor as far as quality and quantity. Noisy at night, guests running in halls and being loud until 2am. Staff unavailable to do anything.

I liked that it wasn't crowded

When I was checking out they wouldn't return my deposit saying that I smoked in the room but I definitely did not smoke in there and they refused to give me my pet deposit back also and the puppy made no mess didn't even pee in the floor

location--close to interstate 40, library, shopping price--lower than other nearby hotels comfortable bed ability to adjust temperature in room and the ac unit was quiet

strong odor of bleach in facility from 2 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. there were multiple slammings of a door. Possibly the staff stocking the breakfast area?

Location is really good. AC wprked well as did cable TV.

Breakfast is non existent. Other guests were loud, walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you and in hallway. Furniture is outdated and worn, fridge was frozen up.

Location and the young man who works the front desk in the morning. The breakfast has gotten a little better since Covid restrictions have been lifted.

It's loud and not maintained very well. I always hear dogs barking. Travel with a white noise machine to this hotel.

Smelled like weed everywhere, unsafe including threats from other guests and lack of response from management.

There was renovations going on. The hotel looked run down. Nothing liked the website pictures. No continental breakfast. The bed felt like metal on bad back.

The first room had bugs, unknown species, not flies, maybe roaches or bed bug. Desk person had to check (rooms) prior to changing. Unfortunately it was a NO refund/cancelation reservation.

Tv had lines through the screen and no desk chair or a chair to sit on in the room.Possible in the middle of a remodel.No knob on the AC

An employee, was most helpful in securing me a refrigerator that was in working order so that I could keep my insulin cold as well as my bottled water. He was a very sharp young man.

To say that "breakfast was included was a bit of a stretch. Not anything edible to my view. Lots of good places to catch a light breakfast in the area.

The front desk let us in early Ashe could tell we'd clearly been on the road for 38 hours and was nice

The place was under construction with AC units missing from the ground floor rooms, there was blood and hair on things in the room, they had doors left open everywhere and yet charged a $100 fee you had to request back before you left or no money back

Location was a key in this hotel decision. Expectations were met.

Bathroom sink drained slowly. Remodeling noise.

I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price. No frills.

The hallway smelled a bit like smoke. I know that the staff is diligent about guests not smoking in their rooms -- I witnessed someone down the hall getting busted -- but the smell was still there.

Difficult to understand Front Desk staff. Upon arrival I was told I need to pay a $50 deposit in case of room damage. To pay a deposit was a surprise, but just paying the deposit sends out alerts that the hotel has problems with some guests. No breakfast
