Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte-Airport

The location was great for my brief layover. Staff was pleasant - especially the shuttle driver.

I loved every thing. Especially my super clean room, the complimentary airport shuttle and coffee station in the lobby.

Bathroom door was barn style and stuck at times

The person at the desk was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, polite, sweet and very helpful.

There was no shuttle Saturday night so I had to take a taxi ($21.60) I forgot to get a receipt, so there was no reimbursement.

Our room had a very musty smell. It was also very humid in the room. I always stay at Hampton Inn¿s and never had an issue with the beds. This bed felt like you were sleeping on the floors.

This hotel was perfect for a very tired traveler. The shuttle service from and to the airport was very prompt. Smoothest part of my travel! The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.

Unexpected flight cancellation. Excellent location, right outside airport entrance. Very convenient , and had shuttle service to airport.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Soda from vending machine on 3rd floor tasted bad expired 12/2020. Have picture. The staff wasnt friendly with exception of the young man at check out.

This is a neo-modern design. Sliding bathroom door. No issue for us but May bother some. Jet noise. Hey, it¿s an airport hotel. Whadya expect? Did not bother us. May bother some.

Nothing- Hotel staff was selfish

I booked room by mistake and cancelled 1/2 hour later and would not refund. Stole our money. We meant to book in Greensboro because flight was cancelled. I spoke with a Fernando in booking and he said we would be refunded. I am a gold member also and stai

The room was super clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. Especially the afternoon driver on Sunday 10/10.

Everything was great.

We had just a few hours between a trip to Arizona and a trip to Scotland. It was convenient to stay at this Hampton Inn. It was a relaxing few hours, and the staff was incredibly helpful from the stay to leaving our car. Highly recommended.

The room was no cleaned what so ever if they put more effort and change the sheets every time that would make a difference. I broke out on my skin on were the sheets weren¿t even changed the dirtiness.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and the staff was helpful if not exactly friendly. I needed toiletries and I was given more the expected razor, shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The breakfast was not up to the standards that I have experienced at other Hampton Inn's but certainly not terrible.

We requested the room to be cleaned and it wasn't. We had to go down to the front desk and get clean towels

The staff were very abrupt, not friendly, poor social skills. The airport shuttle doesn’t start until 8 am. This is an advertised perk of the hotel but can’t be used by those with an early flight. The hotel needs 24 hour beverage service for travelers
