Staff, lobby, breakfast

HVAC unit was loud and could not be set to stay on continuously, so hard to sleep through the on/off/on

They neglected to inform me that they charge $50 for incidentals upfront. If you have incidental fees, they are deducted and a refund is forthcoming within 7 - 10 business days.

Very large room.. Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Split bathroom, two sinks. Had a couple of issues which were addressed in minutes after reported. Liked that I could cancel by midnight before checkin day.

TV kind of small for such a large room.

I like that the room and the staff made me feel special for my birthday!

I did not like the small Parking Spaces a lot of Cars was taking up two Lots making it hard to Park!

Nothing much. Toom and breakfast were horrible

The staff was careless and there were a bunch of men drinking and being loud around midnight at the hotel lobby. The room smelled funny and bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was a joke so we just decided to pass. Not enough parking space.

TV out of date, dirty controller, no CNN Room was outdated Some front desk staff seemed distracted Asked for copy of bill to be sent and front desk confirmed, still no bill. Now i have to track that down. Not happy.

staff were friendly and helpful

road moise was overwhelming. bar wasnt open. window blinds were badly torn and looked cheap. didnt care for bath layout with sliding doors and little privacy.

It was a clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was a nice start to the day.

There was only one entrance into the parking lot. So, we had to make u turns to get into the lot several times.

We reserved a king sized bed and was given two queens instead.also were hair still in the shower where it had not been cleaned.the staff was super friendly however and offered to help with anything else we needed although all problems were not fixed

It¿s cleanliness and reserving a room that you just won¿t get ever! Reserved it so I would have it and they gave all the king sized beds away although I reserved it!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Check in/out was a breeze. Very clean and a very nice stay!

Bright, clean and modern facility.

The location, condition, and general management of the hotel was excellent. Beds were super comfy, loved the toilet and shower being separate with the frosted sliding doors. I just loved this hotel!
