The rooms were beautiful and modern. The bed was very comfortable.

I thought that $19 for the breakfast buffet was very expensive for what was offered, especially when most hotels give free breakfast.

Room had loud noises, like a door closing, maybe cleaning closet all morning 5/6am until we left and checked out. It was horrible. Couldn?t sleep.

The whole experience. We had hair in the shower. Bathroom door didn't close in the 1st room. Given another room farther from exit for someone with walking issues. New room remote control didn't work. Guest got stuck in the bathroom, door wouldn't open SMH

There was some staining on the sheets. Good thing I always bring a extra blanket. Other than that the hotel was nice.

The room had a modern esthetic, was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and hotel as a whole seemed very well kept.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and dining area was superb. There was ample parking.

You cannot identify yourself as pet friendly, then charge $75 after check in for having a pet. That is very pet unfriendly! I was told that I should¿ve called to check their pet policy before arrival but that defeats the whole purpose of booking online

great design, very modern feel and decor

the night of our stay there was an event on the roof top that was extremely loud thankfully around 11p it started to wind down and the noise subsided.

Excellent location near downtown, shopping and dining. There is a large mall in walking distance. The room was as expected.

To get to the hotel entrance you had to use what looked like an alley between buildings.

The first thing we noticed upon entering the AC Hotel was the wonderful and seasonally appropriate smell! The front desk agent was very friendly and ready to help with our requests. The room was clean and spacious!

My favorite hotel in Charlotte--and this coming from a Hyatt Globalist level member. The rooms are well designed and functional, great work area, amazing staff and perfect location. If I could get away with it I'd move in and stay.

All of the major things are covered so my gripes are nitpicky. I don't like the crushed ice in the ice machine--my wife calls it 'hospital ice'. I don't like the luggage carts which invariably require a couple of trips for an average amount of stuff.

Everything worked, looked and felt new, and the furnishings were very nice. The gentleman checking us in was pleasent and helpful telling us about the hotel's amenities.

Did not care for the square toilets, but they did look cool.
