Customer service. Everyone was so professional, nice, and welcoming.

Parking per day for $38, should be included if you are a guest and no free breakfast.

Was clean, and staff was quick with requests (better sheets, fire alarm battery)

Sheets provided did not even come close to fitting the pull out couch. Fire alarm was chirping and had to change the battery. But worse was the current price online was more than a hundred less than I paid, and I wasn't offered an upgrade in room choice.

The receptionist gentleman that checked us in was quite rude when we were simply asking clarification about the deposit and cost of parking. He kept repeating his answer which was not clear and we could not understand his answer and said he didn?t know

No daily cleaning of the room, using covid as an excuse to cut services and restaurants closed so you have to go outside the property to eat.

We checked in and immediately left for dinner. When we returned for the evening the heater did not work. It was 1130pm and it was 28 degrees outside. The hotel was sold out of our room selection so we were unable to move. They gave us a blanket.

The location was the only good quality.

All the amenities including restaurant & bar inside hotel, outside patio area were closed due to COVID19. We were not told before hand. Very small refrigerator that you had to squat down to get to. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Room overpriced.

Yes 1).When I checked into the hotel I had a pile of garbage in front of my room door. 2). House keeping walked into the room while I was changing without knocking. 3). 2 Hotel employees accused me of stealing from the hotel's market place.

Cleanliness

I was inconvenienced by not having any hot water, when noticed the next morning and explained to front desk. There was no accommodated except to move to another room. When we moved to the next room the t.v. didn't work, so we had to move again.

Location & spacious room

The smell of weed was overwhelming on the elevators & right outside the hotel! The bathroom could certainly use a little updating (broken tiles & vent fan did not work, which makes for a very steamy bathroom).

Hotel was not clean including lobby and hallways. The staff was informed but didn't seem to make a difference.

There was nothing I lied best about this hotel except for hotel employee, the night clerk and the operations Manager. They were nice but the hotel was horrible.

The rooms smelled and there was zero management in this hotel. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallways. I had a terrible experience where I did not sleep at all because I felt the rooms were not clean. In addition, the carpeting was worn and dirty.
