Convenient to interstate, Billy Graham Library, and Country Club event.

Couch was torn and stained.

I truly appreciate the 2 bedroom suite.

I would like to be able to select the floor when making the reservation. The 1st was a lot noisier than our previous stays on floors 4 and 5.

Easy on and off from the interstate. Beautiful plants, shrubs, and landscaping. Rooms were great, with a comfortable bed.

The layout of the room.

Stinks like wet dog. Bed was crooked/leaning. Charger on lamps didn't work. Latch lock on door was broken.

Location close to mall. Food was cold. Staff upon arrival was short but nice

Room size

First room was not cleaned appropriately. There were Doritos scattered on top of the refrigerator. The room had a foul odor like mildew and water damage. The phone in the living room was broken. The fireplace didn’t work. Dishes in diswasher unclean

I likes the full service that you provided,outdoor pool, basketball/tennis court fire pit all good. Breakfast was more than adequate, food service nice feature. Nearby restaurant cards was helpful. Kitchens were excellent.

The coffee could be improved, and egg/grits quality. I appreciated the Greek yogurt option. Something for everyone.

Room was large. Hotel in general quite nice.

No trash bags in trash cans in the room and kitchen. Unable to dispose of coffee filters, etc. without making a mess in the can. Disposal,didn't work well. Black plastic ring inside sink drain leading to disposal was filthy.

The bed

The shower. No cold water and the tub wouldn't drain. It was clogged up. Horrible experience

THE ROOM WAS GREAT VERY NEAT AND CLEAN VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY THE LOCATION WAS GOOD PLENTY OF SHOPPING AND DINNING ACROSS THE STREET

I WAS NOT AWARE THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATIONS THIS TOOK AWAY FROM THE APPEAL OF THE HOTEL BUT MY STAY WAS STILL GOOD

No signal out front to indicate where the office was.

There was a big roach crawling in my room!!

When up at night, bathroom light shines directly onto person sleeping. Would have been nice to know about construction limiting breakfast.
