Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean.

The hotel allows dogs and a small dog in the room across the hall barked for hours. The hotel advised they would give me a credit on my card but that didn’t happen. Also requested towels and didn’t receive any.

Everything was easy from parking to checkout. We needed pillows and comforter changed to allergen free. They brought them within minutes.

Room was clean

Windows sux, you can hear all thr road and city noise all night finally got quiet around 3am.

The closet light would not turn off the first night. That was most annoying and we did not get a restful night of sleep. I spoke to the staff the next day and it took 2 phone calls to get it fixed before the 2nd night.

The staff was exceptional. Hotel employee at the front desk really helped us out. The rooms were beautiful and well done.

Ease of check-in and check-out, friendly staff, well-designed room (finally a shower where you can turn on the shower without getting soaked before you get in!), tempting snacks and drinks in the room- everything is top-notch!

Bed very hard/uncormfortable, curtain was gapped on both sides and window which allowing too much light in, and couldn't make room cool enough.

Awesome location, right downtown. We could easily walk to Bank of America, Stadium, museums, and in numerous restaurants. Wonderful friendly staff.

The employees at the Kimpton are the very best. From the Front Desk to the Valets.Hotel employee helped us with getting our car, carrying our luggage, etc. before we even asked. Our room was so very clean and nice. We love this hotel and it's amazing staff!

We were so impressed by EVERY person at the Kimpton. From the valet, door man, and front desk, every person was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The staff was great. Fairly modern styling.

The bed was extremely soft and caused a ton of discomfort in our backs. The TP was rough single-ply.

rooftop bar was super busy and had an event and i wish i had known before I went up there. view was worth it but i didn't stay too long as the wait at the bar felt super crowded too. went to angelina's and food was good but the cocktails were mid

Good service, very clean, boutique vibe

Told me they were sending a microwave and after an hour I called to say it never came and they said they¿re sorry but they didn¿t have anymore. Then I asked if they had a microwave I could come use to warm up my food and they did not

Location, valet parking, cheerful staff, pet friendliness.

Room needs renovating - missing standing lamp Knobs, peeling paint, grimy carpet. Not a clean smell upon entering.

Parking. Having to use a city garage that charges $30 a day, or more if you are in and out of the area. The other option was to use valet for $40/day.
