I was charged for my stay by this hotel even though I had already pre—paid on Priceline.The room service staff was rude & screamed at me, she yelled that she didn’t speak English. She then flicked me off all bc I asked for clean sheets. Poor service here.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. And rooms were big.

Night staff was rude. They seemed disgusted they had to get up and help us when we arrived. Also disgusted when I asked her to throw my trash away from take out dinner I had.

Couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel staff was kind and personable. The breakfast was more than sufficient.

The signal on the tv went out a few times and the pool is very small.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. Breakfast was great and the staff was courteous.

The hotel is in a great location and close to everything

There are signs posted everywhere for guests to wear masks. I saw a few employees with masks on but most of the time the employees did not wear their masks & neither did the guests. There was dog poop by an entrance and someone put a mat over it

I liked the spaciousness of the room and that everything was in working order. The location was very convenient for my visit.

The room is very big.

They do not clean you room or even make your bed everyday. We had to go find the housekeeper for fresh towels and coffee.

Breakfast was decent. Everything is prepackaged food but what to expect..

They said the pool was heated and they turned it on but I don't believe they ever did. 2 days never got warm enough to get in . Don't say you have heated pool if you refuse to turn the heater on .

I like the room, the pool that my grandkids could use visiting us - grandparents during Thanksgiving. We spent family time in beautiful sitting areas in first floor. Thanks for hospitality @

The elevators were long time to wait for.

Clean- safe- efficient.

Breakfast ending at 9am during week.
