Fairfield Inn Charlotte Northlake

This was very outdated and showed signs of maintenance issues. I was assignrd a 1st floor room facing the very near parking lot and busy street. It was dingy and smelly. Not what i expect from Fairfield.

Hotel employee and the other staff were fantastic

The bathroom was very moldy. Visible black mold on the ceiling and a very strong odor.

The hotel was dirty, shower didn?t drain, light fixtures were broken, guests were smoking (non-smoking hotel), section of carpet was wet, bed didn?t have a blanket, bathroom door didn?t close because of moisture damage, mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Location

The bed too hard , the breakfast was nasty, the sheets on the bed too thin

I was given a floor level didn't need elevator

The side door wouldn't work at night so had to walk around to the front

Location to interstate & major roads & businesses. Hot full breakfast

The only thing I liked was the location.

Most things! This Fairfield is not like the others, this is an off brand! My kids and I stayed for about 2 weeks due to us moving and the staff was not inviting at all!!

Location

Cleanliness, maintenance and appliances bathroom sink are in very poor shape. Hair dryer not working, steel rusted but not clean iron board, broken, and so many and so on.

They were willing to accommodate my frequent travel with a discount but comfort & cleanliness is important to me.

The room wasnt clean, I had a joining room (didnt know until I got in there), the heat didnt work.

Location is good

The room had obvious water damage. The musty/moldy smell was overwhelming. The bathtub had hairs in it and bottom of tub was dirty. Nobody was at front desk when I went to report this. I could see employees in the vicinity but they ignored me.

Very friendly staff. Beds were comfy and hotel was clean!

The room was comfortable and kind of spacious. We had enough room to move around and not be too crowded. It was quiet and peaceful with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the building.

The water temperature in shower never got warmer than tepid.

My room was dirty, the bathroom filthy including hair in the shower, shampoo pulled off the wall just sitting on a shelf and even a coffee cup wedged into the dresser drawer to keep it from falling open into the walkway

Close to where we were going. We had been assign a room that had a moisture problem (damp feeling). The staff was excellent. She changed our room promptly and we were satisfied with the second room. The breakfast hostess was excellent and delicious.

No! Once we got settled in the 2nd room, everything was great.

Front desk people were extremely pleasant

TV did not work and there was an order in my room. The elevator was dirty.

Good location and price.

Ice machines not working , pool closed

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. It was overpriced

Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Halls smelled like cats

Friendly staff, guest room with comfy bed.

Television did not work.

Cleanliness of the location and outstanding staff also the gym was perfect!!

I have no complaints!!
