Location was great

The guest service was lacking. We requested housekeeping when we checked in, but our room was never cleaned. We experienced a frustrating delay in getting basic amenities and had to visit the front desk multiple times just to get clean towels.

Ample parking and well maintained grounds. Free EV charging has 2 NACS (Tesla) chargers and 1 CCS1 EV charger.

There is only power on one side of the bed, making charging for 2 obnoxious. There isn’t a single place to hang anything in the room such as a jacket or bag. Terrible quality mattress. Possibly the worst sleep I’ve gotten in any hotel in decades.

Breakfast could have been better. Food was cold and the selection was poor.

Dirty diaper in the trash can near elevator. No one removed it, SO stinky!

Breakfast had some decent hot and cold options. Staff was responsive to requests. Our room came without soap but it got refilled quickly.

Shower door did not work properly and water constantly pooled on the floor. Disposable cutlery served at breakfast. I do not think they should be charging for parking. There was no way to check who is or isn't a client. It's out in the open.

The lighting in the room was a little dim for my parents and no waffles were offered at breakfast.

All staff was friendly, professional, and very concerned with my happiness during my stay.

The room was dark. There were no lights beyond the desk.

The hotel is quiet and well kept.

2 night stay upon arrival we were asked would we like our room to be serviced we said yes. Our room was never serviced or refreshed. At check-out it was said they do not offer room service for 2 night stays. Also, 311 wasn?t in the best condition.

A large VERY loud group was booked that played loud gospel music in the breakfast area and the staff said nothing. They also made several loud Facetime calls during breakfast. The staff should have spoken up and reminded the group to show some class.

Reserved 2 rooms and was given side by side rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. My family loved it.

The staff is amazing! From the young lady that checked us in to the Night Auditor that was filling in. Even the young lady in Breakfast area was so sweet. We will be coming back! I didn¿t have any interaction with housekeeping but the room was very clean.

The checkout time was greatly appreciated. The lobby space was nice, as was the room. I like that the tv wasn't in front the bed. The lady at the front desk upon arrival was polite and knew the area well.

It was just missing the tub. other than that, the stay was great.

Everything was actually good. The room, even the other guest were friendly and communicating with each other

Breakfast could¿ve been organized a little better. One staff was adding eggs to the pan with a spoon instead of dumping it all at once. Guest had to wait for her to finish and held up the line. Overall it was good. Nothing is perfect and still satisfied

One day we weren¿t able to get our room clean. We requested if they could come later but it wasn¿t an option.

Desk worker was very polite and we welcoming. Hotel was clean. Room was big enough.

The bathroom sink was clogged and it would have been nice to have a kitchen area sink, as this was a suite.

Best thing was the breakfast.

Wasn¿t informed of parking charge until END of trip. 0 water pressure and no hot water. The couch bed was tiny. fridge turned off on timer- wasn¿t informed- food spoiled. Chiggers everywhere outside. Check out staff confrontational instead of helpful.
