The Representative at Check in was efficient, informative, and a highly knowledgeable with the greatest smile. The check-in process was soooo quick informative it felt like it only took one minute!! Hotel employee deserves a raise.

I did NOT like that I had to pay for PARKING my vehicle.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge bonus, too.

Location! Large spacious Bedroom! Kitchen, No bugs, No Weed smell (Smoke free Hotel)! Staff was very professional!

The TV didn't work initially! had to contact front desk to resolve and was unable to get the Shower to turn on! Was surprised at check in that they charge $11. to park at the Hotel! Airplanes fly directly over hotel!

The air conditioner was a wall unit under the window and was so noisy sleep was impossible. If you shut it off, it got so warm but with it on, it was so loud you couldn't sleep.

Super clean! Its the #2 thing I look for in a hotel. Excellent in this area.

TERRIBLE bed! Terrible! #1thing I look for is a comfortable bed. I want to sleep. That didn't happen here. The bed was awful! The worst bed I've ever slept in. Hard box spring mattress! SO BAD! Shame on you Hilton! You can do better!

Convenient location, great breakfast

I was itchy all night and had a rash on my legs the next day.

Close to airport.

Queen Bed was not a queen bed. Right length, but narrow. Parking is not free. $10 a night.

Perfect location, sofa bed great for my son. Linens for it were easy

Extra pay to park car when you are flying out. This was not on the description and part of the reason I chose this was bc I thought it had no extra fee. Plus the times we need the airport shuttle we¿re full since it only left ever 30 minutes

Shutlle to airport dropped us at the opposite end of the departure area from are airline. My wife requires a wheel chair. Very tough.

Breakfast was unappealing. Large stain on room carpet.

Some of the front desk hotel staff could use some serious customer service skills, as opposed of attitude skills. There is no reason for a guest to stand at the front desk, know there is a customer there, and never acknowledge them until guests speaks.

The room was clean and close to the airport

Couldn¿t find our reservation and advertised free airport shuttle. signed up for the 4:00 am shuttle which did not show up. After 5-10 minutes the desk clerk finally offered to call a cab by which time I had a Uber on the way. Will not stay again.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. My room was exceptionally clean.

The parking was very lot was very tight.

The rooms where spacious and the bathrooms were updated

The bed were very uncomfortable- old innerspring mattress without a pillow top,couch have a small rip in the cushion, the AC unit in the room was loud making a thumbing noise all night. Water damage in the bathroom and a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

very good staff,helpful and courteous. Good shuttle service,and pickup times.Our room was clean with a outstanding shower.

I loved the front desk receptionist Natalie! She was awesome and very helpful. I kept calling about my reservation and for early check in and she never once got an attitude she was very professional. I really appreciated that! She made my stay Great!

The cleaniness of the room wasn't up to par.It was hair everywhere from the last guests.Being that I had blonde hair I new the black hair wasn't mines. Which made me feel like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly.Weekend Receptionist was very Rude.

Location to Charlotte Airport

Location, do not stay at this hotel if you want a good nights sleep. It's located in the landing pattern for the jets and I would imagine the jets were no more than 500' over the building. We stayed in the middle of the building and it was very loud.

Poor airport to hotel transportation. Uber required (my third stay)

Breakfast was above usual fare. Variety and tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. We will stay again!

The carpet down the hall to the elevators looked very soiled. Gave a false impression of what we would find in the room.
