Beautiful common areas.decent breakfast

Room was dirty, headboard had ?love? stains that washed off with a rag so the staff didn?t even try to clean it. Floor was very dirty n sticky in the kitchen area of the room. Saw a door on floor 1 that had clearly been broken into.

Service was exceptional! Room was large and clean. I don't hand out many 10's in my reviews, but this was a 10 to me.

They should have hot tub. Breakfast could use a bit more verity (bacon, biscuits, grits, etc. ) but it was very good. Location is OK. not many place to eat within walking distance.

Location was what I needed for the time period. It was a great place to sleep and shower.

Staff was basically non existent. I was supposed to get housekeeping every other day; that didn¿t happen. WiFi basically doesn¿t work.

Hotel security patrolling the parking lot gave a good feeling of safety, side entrance was very convenient, airport shuttle and free parking was a big reason I chose this hotel. One employee was wearing a mask which I appreciated.

The side entrance entryway needed to be vacuumed and the steps.

Outdoor patio had lots of tables for dining, water features, very pleasant. Room was in "like new" condition, and very efficiently laid out. Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was ample with a few choices and available to go.

About half of staff were not masking, despite change in CDC guidance to mask indoors. Pool was VERY small and closed when we were there. Room smelled strongly of new cabinets and windows could not be opened to air out. No variety of pillows, tho comfy.

I really liked my room. It was very fresh and welcoming. I loved the kitchenette. I saved so much money cooking in the suite. The room was very modern and clean. The staff especially the manager went out of his way to help me with the heating issue.

The heat doesn’t really work. The manager stated it’s eco friendly or something. Whenever it did heat up, it was very short lived. If you get cold like me get a little heater from Walmart or bring some warm pajamas.

Beautiful comfy room. Soft sheets and comfy king bed. Large shower, kitchen. Restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle from and back to the airport.

I like the overall appearance, its absolutely nice and clean. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff were all really welcoming making the experience really pleasant.

Beautiful hotel inside and out! Well maintained, clean, and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not use anything other than my room to sleep so cannot really comment on much else.

Our only 'problem' was the night time check in. The clerk did not seem to really know what he was doing, was tired, or something. Not enough to ruin my stay though.

I don’t think you should have to pay $10 to park in the parking lot. You already have to pay a lot to stay at the hotel you shouldn’t have to pay to park. I would understand if they parked it for you.

One of our best hotel experiences. If ever back in Charlotte I will be checking availability

I stayed here because I like the brand. Have stayed in many Residence Inns over the years. My connecting flight from Charlotte to DFW had been canceled. Because of baggage challenges, I didn’t get out of the airport until after midnight. So by the time I checked into the hotel it was extremely late. I finally settled into bed around 2 am. The manager called me shortly before 11 to remind me that I needed to be checked out at 11. I explained my situation and asked for a little more time. She gave me until noon. ☹️ I completely understand that housekeeping needs to get in to the room and clean it up for the next guest. What I didn’t appreciate was the abruptness, lack of empathy, and inflexibility to offer a little more grace.

Perfect place to land after flying into Charlotte post Intl flight/long travel day from Europe. Clean rooms. Lots of space. Printer was super helpful for some travel docs. Great staff!

Our visit to this hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and grounds. Breakfast was good too. Check in and check out simple and quick. Highly recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel, close to a park. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very little traffic noise.

Disappointed that parking was an additional charge - the car park was huge and no issue with space.

Loved my stay will definitely be back every time I come to Charlotte!

Breakfast can be a little better, the meat and eggs were over cooked, maybe add some biscuits and gravy or something like a crock pot of sausage gravy and biscuits where the bagels be at, just a thought. But them waffles, TOP TIER‼️
