the sliding shower door would not stay closed in room 504. there was long stringy hair on the bathroom door. I used the hotel app to order a meal but it never arrived.

The hotel was beautiful. I liked that the entrance to the room was inside the hotel.

I chose a room with a king bed but we were given a room with 2 double beds. The mattresses were not comfortable. Very hard mattresses. Hilton is known for high end quality. My husband has hip issues and could not rest well before our flight

The hotel was located near the airport which was great for my schedule and timing of planned travel. It was near several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Friendly staff.

No microwave in our room. Expensive breakfast. I also was told that parking my car in the parking lot of hotel is $12 a night!

Everything!!! Breakfast $25!!! Room never cleaned for 3 days!!! Would not recommend the Charlotte HILTON TO ANYONE!!! AWFUL!!!

Clean. Nice room. Good staff.

Bar and restaurant are overpriced to the extreme. $16 for an Old-fashion! Not that close to the airport. No restaurants within easy walking distance.

Room AC and TV didn?t work; called front desk 3 times; no one came to the room to fix these problems. Further, in front of my guests, the clerk said that my credit card payment had been declined. She then said that it was successful.

Several things needed attention: faulty toilet roll holder, bedroom darkening blind faulty, thermostat faulty, decorative light in lobby busted, several light bulbs out in lobby, breakfast staff cold, not friendly, kids in gym disrespectful to equipment

Location

The cleanliness of the room was not Hilton standards. I found clothing under the desk and plastic cup lids were visible under the couch. The ice machines were not working on the room floor. Upon arrival I ordered room service. It was not delivered
