Mold in the grout, needs repairs, old matress

Last time we booked...breakfast was included...this time it was $13 each? Took me by surprise...

location was good for where we needed to be.

Mold in the bathroom tile. bathroom sink faucet was barely attached to the vanity top. turning the faucet for hot/cold resulted in the whole faucet spinning around. wallpaper peeling off the bathroom wall. staff was not friendly.

Convenient

The TV only had a handful of channels, sucked could not get ESPN to watch pregame events for the game we came to see. Might not matter to most but was very disappointed that we had no TV selection. Would not stay there again for that reason.

Close to freeway and food in the area. two walking distant from the hotel and they are major brand.

The bar closed early for a weekend visit.

Very nice spacious room with a huge bed and desk. Coffee maker and fridge were nice. Furniture was more expensive and well built. Loved the huge TV.

Front desk person was nice but didn't say much. Shower tub was DANGEROUS it was very slippery when wet! Tub was at an angle as well making it very hard to stand. I had to opt for a bath.

Housekeeping personnel were the most helpful and friendly.

Hotel is in need of some updating - dingy - outside patio chair cushions wet and dirty - could not sit in comfortable chairs - trash on patio and cigarette butts not cleaned up the 4 days I was at hotel. Staff not taking care of this nice sitting area.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Decent hot breakfast. I'd stay here again if it was closer to the strip.

The description indicated the hotel was 0.4 miles from the strip. NOT TRUE. We are in our 60s and weren't able to make the walk easily. The tram takes 70 minutes to make a round trip on a good day, 2 hours if they're busy so don't plan on using that.

The indoor outdoor pool we loved. We also love their free snacks, drinks and coffee complementary to the rooms.

The toilet was broken. I found trash under the bed and in a cabinet so the room could not have been cleaned properly.

On the day we was leaving a wonderful minister blessed our family and helped us put our luggage in the car. It was a wonderful. 2 of our family of 4 was disabled.

No..except my grandson was disappointed the water was too cold to swim. We understood though

Overpriced continental breakfast and staff not on par with other similar hotels!

Check out time could of been a hour later because we lost an hour due to day light savings

Room was overpriced, smelled funny, was not properly cleaned from the previous guest items were left behind, furniture was a little beat up.

I booked a king room but was given a double. There was a bit of obvious wear and tear on the place. Overall just a unremarkable hotel.

Our first room spell like a big dog had stay in it. We switch rooms and round a tick on our bed. The room needed a DEEP cleaning. The headboards needed to be cleaned. The carpet was dirty, sock were brown on bottom from the carpet. Won¿t stay again!

Good location.

Had difficulty checking in, was told room wasn¿t ready. A manager overheard and came to help. He resolved the issue well and got me up to a room.

Bed was nice

Smelled like Marijuana, very strong. The ac unit was coming off the wall and barely worked. This may have been a 4 star 20 years ago, but maybe a 2.5-3 now.

No one at front desk when entered; annoyed to wait. Man dressed like maintenance person, sweaty.
