Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Steele Creek

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Beautiful rooms; clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The food is good. Waffles, eggs, etc¿

The hotel seemed relatively new and clean. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations in high contact areas.

There were fingerprints on the refrigerator. It made me think that there was not great attention to little details as I also found hair stuck to the shower walll.

I loved the location and the layout of the room.

The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower.

Very clean, dog friendly with a full kitchen not far from the airport- Charlotte is the closest major airport to me so it’s nice a hotel like this is available.

I feel the price could have been lower to make up for the less than desirable view. The rooms need better lighting, very dark - it was hard to cook.

Shower was not that good because my shower had only one door it did not slide closed, water from shower head didn’t spray out fully.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I’ve stayed at hotels for half the price but the breakfast was literally 10 times better. One option of meat(wasn’t really meat) not a good look for a property like this.

The hotel and our room was beautiful. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Pool access, gym, laundry room and places to sit to do work or just relax with a cup of coffee (coffee available all day).There was a good variety of food options for the complementary breakfast. The concierge was very pleasant and informative about Charlotte and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend.

I liked the size of the room, the location of the property and parking

There were small bugs crawling on the desk!!! The uncleanliness in the shower (on the walls/ I have pictures) of the room, small damages to furniture. We were not told that we had to request turn down service so we stepped out and came back to dirty wash clothes and towels and a unmade bed and trash

Nice clean accommodations. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Beds were comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The lights worked kind of weird but not a big deal.

The room was set up very nicely. The breakfast was outstanding. Location of hotel near many stores and restaurants. The work staff is friendly and accommodating. Perfect.

House keeping was cleaning e room next to mine, and the bumps and slams woke me.

We loved the location, the parking, and the facility. The rooms are spacious and very much like a studio apartment. It really felt like a mini home with friendly staff.
