- We were on the 14th floor. When we returned from our event, we had no water. The staff was great, making a lower level room available at 1230 am. By the time we were all showered it was 3am. Not sure what the problem with the water was. Staff was great.
- Bar menu had only two items, continental breakfast had run out of eggs! How do you run out of eggs, does running to the store for eggs forbidden? That?s why I choose Marriott for the continental breakfast.

Close to areas I needed to visit.
Requested to be away from ice machines and somewhere quiet. Room was 10 feet away from an ice machine and noisy with the heavy foot traffic.
It was around everything .
I don’t like the parking thing . We had to pay everytime we left , we parked in the parking garage .
Staff were exceptional. Valet supervisor was super friendly and helpful. He checked in on us every time we entered and exited the building. Breakfast was good. Room were super clean.

The fire alarm kept going off and telling us to leave the building. The fire truck came twice and there were problems with the elevators

Very clean. Smells good as soon as you walk in. Had a heater available at the lobby to keep guests warm as soon as they walk in.

The trains station is very close, the noise is annoying, but the hotel offers noise cancelling earplugs, which it was nice.I was charged in the hotel for my room even though it was paid through Booking, and I got the money back 10 days later.
