Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte North By IHG

I really like the openness to the lobby from the rooms. It was great to be able to see our young teenage kids get on the elevator safely and exit below safely to go to the lobby right from outside our room. It was just a really nice stay.

The breakfast was delicious. Many options to choose and a to go bag if you had to eat on the run

My $50 damage deposit (pending) until I called.

I very rarely leave reviews but I had to take a few minutes for this one. This hotel was super clean, the room spacious and the breakfast was great¿loved that they had healthy choices!!

Staff was ok, but less motivated than other hotels I've been to. Breakfast service was slow (but it was a Saturday and they were very busy) - seemed like 1 lady was doing all the work.

It's aesthetically pleasing, clean, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel is minutes from two malls and lots of restaurants - there's a really good Mexican place right next to it, actually. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay

The view was not great, but considering the location, that's to be expected. The pool was too cold! My 1.5 year old daughter was really shivering, and I was next to shivering myself.

It was quiet , comfy , everyone was nice . Would stay there again !!

Late check in because the room was not cleaned in time. The location was not the greatest, not as close to amenities as would be preferable.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My room was a single room with a king bed. It was lovely and great for the price! I will definitely stay here again!

The walls are thin and inadequately soundproofed. The snoring in the adjacent room interfered with our sleep.

This hotel was fantastic. I showed up 3 hours before check in and hotel employee was great in gettin me into my rooms within 30 minutes. The hotel looks brand new it might be but it is a beautiful hotel I couldn't believe it was a Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean
