The Ivey's Hotel

This hotel is sheer luxury. I felt like a princess my entire stay. The room was clean with a calm atmosphere from the minute I walked in. The decor was beautiful and picturesque. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

My only complaint is that the TV in the room was not a SmartTV. There were extended cable and movie channels, but not being able to access Netflix and other TV apps was disappointing.

The decor was absolutely fabulous. Everything was up to expectations and the decor (including bathroom fixtures, coffee machine etc.) exceeded them.

Lovely hotel, the room was beautiful, linens, robes, bathtub was wonderful!

The location was excellent, downtown, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable as if we were at our home. The surrounding restaurants were top notch and would recommend them to anyone staying at the hotel.

There was nothing to not like about the hotel. It is the most amazing property we've seen in quite a while. The rooms, hallways, lobby, atrium,and Sophia's Lounge are all fabulous. The staff in all areas of the hotel are also top notch.

An upscale five star boutique Hotel with a wonderful service. In-house additional amenities.

There is really only one option for parking which is valet. Definitely go that route to make your life easier.

It was cozy and comfortable.

It was cold in the bathroom, and the room…But they fixed that by giving us a space heater…. Problem solved. They may want to put a rug in front of the toilet for some warmth, it is very cold on the floors.

Reality lived up to the pictures! Very friendly staff.

TV entertainment is dated. Access to smart TV’s would allow access to updated movies.

The bed was comfortable

Nobody at reception for 5 minutes after I arrived.The elevator was out of service.The room lighting was dim and bathroom lighting no use at all.

What greeted us outside the property and the feeling of danger because of all the homelessness and crime I walked from Knight theater to the hotel and every bench was filled with a homeless person. It is TERRIBLE. AND EXTREMELY UNSAFE

Location! We went right across the street to catch Wicked. Also style...unmatched. Customer service fantastic.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

My husband and I had to leave for an early flight the next morning and did not feel completely safe or at ease when walking out of the hotel due to where the hotel is located. However, we still loved staying!

I loved everything about the hotel. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and very nice. They displayed top quality service from the front desk, to the valet, to the room services. Everybody was very friendly. I felt like a queen in the Queen City. I will be back again.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff were Very friendly and accommodating. The room was always immaculate and the attention to detail was second to none. An example of which was tiding up my charging cables using hotel branded cable tidies. The hotel Bar has great atmosphere with exceptional staff.

The fact that I could not put the Vale parking on my hotel bill.

Concierge service was exceptional. Breakfast was exceptional. Valet and Doormen very polite. Registry at check-in very helpful.
