There was a roach 🪳 in the room. The bed a bit hard. There where children run up and down the hallways and playing in the elevator

From the parking lot, to the lobby, to the room: the entire hotel was very clean. Staff at the front desk, and janitorial were all very friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel stay. Would highly recommend!

That they advertised an airport shuttle and didn?t have one, also distance from the airport was further.

The cleanliness was on point! I was very impressed with everything!!

Probably the only complaint I have is the eggs at the breakfast. Not so good being cartoned eggs. Plus would have appreciated some healthier options.

Room was great and the ladies who serve breakfast were so nice!loved the location walk to some restaurants and bars.

The doors slam very heavy

Location is good close to a lot of things. You can even cook a little something in your room if you don't feel like going out. Breakfast was good. Nice quiet location

Staff was excellent. Room was nice, comfortable bed.

Sofa looked a little dirty.

The room was decent but the food was horrible and a waste. The common areas could have been better cleaner.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel accepted pets. I understand that some consider their pet as family but I have a severe allergy to dogs. The non refundable policy and lack of disclosure could be better. They also need new mattresses!

Location is great. Loved the breakfast

Breakfast staff talking about my family and I Im Spanish. Perhaps she didn¿t think we knew Spanish. Our location was right by the side entrance and we could hear the door opening and closing all night long (not convenient with 4 kids).

The one thing I didn¿t like is how I was treated by one of the employees she is a night time desk clerk an older African American Woman. She is super rude

Convenience to my job

This wasn't the cleanest room I've had here. Dishes were left in the dishwasher, lamp shades weren't straightened. The main bed cover was wrinkled as if someone had laid there already and a hand towel was left on the kitchen counter...I threw it away.

The hotel staff and policies are doing all that they can to provide a quality space and experience within the confines of COVID limitations. It is a truly lovely design with great public spaces, ample parking, free breakfast and huge rooms.

Breakfast was not good at all, staff tried, silverware look dirty. Too many onions in the eggs & potatoes. Eggs were dry. Board Menu showed omelets were offered but did not have Would rather not have the "free" breakfast and a better price on the room.

I enjoyed the short stay at this hotel. The layout of the lobby is so beautiful and inviting. The room/suite was great. I enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The suite style rooms are very large!! The staff was wonderful and very helpful! I could tell the hotel was new and very clean.

The free "hot breakfeast buffet" is slightly misleading. It is the same free "continental breakfast" that most all hotels offer.

This is an incredible hotel for the price! The suites were very large with new furnishings. The kitchen was fabulous with everything needed to make meals and a dishwasher to clean up.
