Dirty, including the towels

Dog hair on the floor, hair on towels and bed, cigarette smell throughout the hotel irritating our allergies.

Great staff restaurant up front

Bath tub didn?t drain

Nothing,?the room stinks very badly, not sure why it smells so bad!!

The hotel charged my card for snacks while I was sleeping, and I always pay for snacks with cash!

We booked it because it had a separate bedroom suite and full size fridge to store our cooler food.

The whole hotel had a smell of cigarette smoke, floors and furnishings had stains and a worn look. I missed that it didn?t offer breakfast. Most 2.5 star hotels offer breakfast.

It had a separate bedroom and living room

There were bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. My son is now covered in bedbugs bites from one of the beds. The silverware was dirty. Toothpaste was on a drawer handle. The bathroom door didn¿t close. The main door didn¿t lock the first night.

Room upgrades and setup.

Ants on kitchen counter,all tables for eating, bathroom counter, shower,on night stands, in the bed.

The Hotel Staff especially The Manager whom arranged the room location I perferred. The extended stay location was conveient with access for good food within walking distance. Clean and upgraded. At a very resonable price. Will stay Again.

Wasers and dryers are free but Two of the four cloths dryers were waiting parts just brought cloths back later when other two dryers were not in use, not a problem.

The booking representative guaranteed us amenities such as free breakfast and a pull out couch which unfortunately did not exist.

We were visiting for the BMX world championship race,housekeeping and front desk staff were all amazing with helping us find our way around town.

The place was just not up to par. You couldn't get in the front entrance due to maintenance issues. Ice machine broken, I was putting a handicap room with no keys. Yes, no keys!! My phone in the room didn't work and then the fire alarm kept beeping all

A Huge disappointment!!! The night auditor, was the only saving grace. He apologized, walked up because my key would not work in the door, helped out the best he could And was very sympathetic towards the situation. I really felt sorry for him.

The fact it had a pool

The staff was definitely did not follow the customer is always right motto, there was a toe curling stinch, the entire place was barely cleaned

It was nice and clean.

Staff very nasty. Didn't want to give back security deposit because there was tobacco in trash.

Size of the room & free breakfast

Countertop was broken, so it snagged your clothes when walking by

Proximity to Carowinds

Just a suggestion, not a huge complaint, but carpet in the rooms would be an improvement.

One thing they did not take cash. Even tho by the usa goverment law. They must take tender.Two the room was not cleaned to the fullest. Finger prints all over micro waveDead flys on floor and window. Dust on all tablesTub had pink and black fungus in the seams. Black finger prints on door jams . Kids nose pickings on the wall.I had to clean everything. Counter tops , doors, door jams, shower , sink, microwave, table.They also do not clean your room for 7 days.And you have to go exchange your own bath towels.No kitchen. It was a restaurant in front of hotel. Did not save money. No free breakfast

Convinced!! And Rooms ok

Bad order in hallway and people with pets doesn’t have control over animals especially when they are above you. (Couldn’t sleep)Need to be pet free. Plus had dead roaches inside the draw with the silverware and on floor in some area..

The staff were nice, friendly, and provided the best hospitality
