Front desk staff was friendly. Room was ok for an over night stay.

Sits back from the road and was a little hard to find. Bed was hard.

I¿m trying to figure out where my 100 incidentals fee is. Check in Friday June 3 checkout Saturday June 4. It¿s Monday still haven¿t received my 100 back.

Loud noise at 7 am in halls for two hours

Nothing, pulled into the parking lot then left because of the unsafe area.

Unsafe area, did not stay.

Location was perfect really close to family we were visiting.

The rooms had an odor . The beds are really comfortable . The front desk staff pleasant.

Very bad routing on your website. How about refunding my money for a motel i didn't even get to stay in. Your a bunch of scammers and i will never use or recommend this site to anyone.

Front desk staff was very helpful,and friendly. Hotel employee was the sweetest, even printing me out a map to help me find stores. Room smelled and looked very clean.

Only thing is it's a little difficult to get in to. I almost pass the entrance every time. It would be nice to have a hotel sign near the entry.

Best thing about this hotel was most certainly. She made it her duty to ensure that we were checked in properly safely and efficiently. She even made the statement,  I m not in the business of making things difficult.” We loved her!

If you book a double bed room for two adults. They charge you for your kids 12and under to stay in the room and the room has double beds.

This motel was horrible. Our family was up all night because of the locals fighting in the hallways. The rooms were completely filthy.

Hotel can't do anything about it, but the neighborhood isn't the greatest

Wonderful staff

The fan/light in bathroom was covered with dust. Too bad too as the room was very clean.

Simple, clean, and comfortable. Everything you need for an easy overnight stay.

Would have been nice to have a mini gym, but the pool was a fine substitute.

It was clean. The staff were friendly.

The location was not directly accessible. It was at the end of a street that was difficult to see and enter / exit. It was behind a Waffle House. It also had a sign that stated you were parking at your own risk. As for the hotel, it was dated.

Cramped Room. Shower only, no tub. Shower Curtain was in tatters (It was changed after we complained). Desk chair was broken (It was replaced after we complained). While the room had a clean appearance, I stepped on what appeared to be a cherry pit.

The price

My room ironing board was broken and the hotel never replaced it.

The indoor pool was disgustingly dirty/moldy. The first floor room was fine. The second room (on 5th floor), was not clean - smelled like smoke and dirty dog.

It was a place to stay.

1st room: non-working phone & fridge. 2nd room: fridge froze everything, non-working coffee pot. Late afternoon staff was less than helpful. Never greeted. Business computer out in the open lobby/no privacy. Poor access from exit. Directions unclear.
