The front desk associate I cannot remember his name, but he was very nice upon checking in.

Five vehicles got broken into in the middle of the night. This is a known issue at this hotel and there are Google reviews that I found later of people complaining that their vehicles have been broken into. Why the staff doesn't warn the guest?

Lobby was inviting.

Waited at the front desk for while. When someone finally arrived we were greeted with not "Hello" or "welcome" but " I need id and a credit card". The associate continued to be short and condescending throughout the interaction.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location for us for a short trip.

Minimal breakfast options for allergy/dietary needs, but we expect that anywhere we go.

This hotel is in a great location where there is great lighting, stores, restaurants, and sidewalks. Free breakfast is a plus.

Wouldn't say there is anything I didn't like, but a couple of recommendations: I would have like some turkey sausage for those that don't eat pork. Are we allowed to use the microwave oven at the front desk?

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful.

The room was a bit small and we had trouble finding space to set up the ironing board, especially a space close to an outlet.

The checkin clerk could be more friendly. She wasn¿t necessarily rude just not welcoming.

The staff that I encountered were friendly and welcoming, the location was close to my destination, the hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and the decor was updated. I have stayed there before, that's why I returned.

The breakfast was mediocre, it tasted institutional, and the coffee was weak, but not a deal breaker since there was fruit, and the waffles were good.

Beds were lumpy

Staff was so warm and welcoming. Good location.

No microwave in the room.

Employees were friendly, the hotel was clean. Your tips in the box to the right state to focus on amenities such as free breakfast, free internet, free parking. At $150 per night-(all fees, taxes included), there is nothing FREE !

HVAC system was extremely loud, I turned it off, noise from the highway out front was extremely loud. C/C was billed $15 over what was on my final receipt. I called-was told it was a charge for any incidentals, I should get it refunded in a few days.

the fact the carpet look like it had shed dog hair was gross not sure what it was though Also my ice bucket had water in it which means it had not been cleaned from the previous guess and the fridge had red sticky stuff in. I called front desk to advise
