Staff service. Location.

It’s WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. This industry is in major need to be regulated. It’s an ok hotel but nowhere near justified what I paid. For example breakfast was absolutely cheap and substandard. Hotel is OVERPRICED !!! Should be $--- at MOST!!

Pool did not work as advertised. Smelled like mariguana.

There was blood on the curtains, it smelled horrible and moldy, and the mattress was stained severely. Checked out early and went someone else.

Friendly staff.

Dirty rooms, doors didn't close or latch properly, bathroom door in room completely non functional, and windows in 5th floor room open to outside with no screen or window locks. 1/2 pillows and bedsheets with hairs on them. Burn marks all over room.

The Staff, greeted us as soon as we entered the hotel. The breakfast surprised us was very delicious and a great variety of foods offered. The location was perfect easy access to many restaurants, stores and sights to see.

The TV was not updated as it could be. No choice to purchase movies or HBO even. The channels did not get better until in the late evening not a good selection of channels.

Room access given to another person during our stay! They barged into our room at 2 in the morning. Thank goodness we had the security latch on before they could fully enter.

They hotel was bad !We was double charge for a room From a little girl who just started working there and she had no clue on what she was doing then wen we told her about it she said that?s not her problem there is nothing she can do about that !

Room was clean and comfortable to sleep & shower in. Day staff was polite..with adjustments, could be a much better stay.

Night attendant wasn't helpful...seemed very agitated when questioned about my room-key/card. TV remote wouldn't change to other channels, only *shopping chnl*..maint came up but couldn't get to work either. No key/room cards were available upon check-in.

Nice staff members, everyone I encountered. Decent breakfast.

Clothing left from previous room occupant. Clearly the cleaners were not doing a thorough job, or they would have found these 2 items. Kleenex box empty. Shower leaked a lot. A bit small.

Rooms were clean, staff very polite.

Can't use side doors, need your key card to get in hotel after 11 pm.

Even though it says it?s a nonsmoking hotel it smelled strongly of smoke on the floor and also smelled like pee

Nothing I was refused/denied at check in. Was not allowed to check in and was marked as no show.

During the night shift, there were two women and the individual responsible for preparing breakfast was very courteous.

There was an unpleasant odor in the room our entire stay. Breakfast options are limited, and the sheets had stains.

Everything was great only issue was my first room had ants, I alerted staff and they got me another room in minutes.

The pricing was good for the location and room and the hotel staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The room itself is small. The bathroom was closet sized with an odd shaped (small) shower built into the wall. The vanity was tiny and not within the bathroom itself so if you used it or turned on the lights, it would disturb anyone else sharing the room.
