The rooms were nice and spacious and the cleanliness. Location was nice as well.

3.50 a load of laundry is meh Had a room right by the cleaning closet/ laundry room and it was very noisey the whole time

There was no one there so it was quiet

The staff except two ladies that were extremely nice at the front desk were rude. Everyday I was there someone came in my room without a knock I was blamed for something that could have been anyone there just down right unprofessional. And I had roachs

The room was very nice. It was like an apartment.

Staff person at breakfast was not friendly. Very little food offered for breakfast. We were awaken at 7:15 a.m. with hammering and electric saws above us!

Nothing. Staff was fired the night before. Could not check in. Could not cancel reservation. Could not change reservation. Was charged for room.

The heater in the bedroom was noisy and emitted a smell like something was burning

The hotel was in middle of transition was no longer a Hyatt- reflected bad on the Hyatt brand.

The staff were really nice. From checkin to checkout.

The Hyatt used to be top of the line. Now it's just like best western. No dishes, toilet didn't flush, no sheet on the pull out..ashes on the bed... got moved to another room and that was slightly better..there was no bar.. No restaurant. Not your typica

The closeness to the airport.

Everything. When I got there, no one was at the desk. I waited 10 minutes until someone came to help me check in. After "rebooting the computer twice" and 20 minutes later, I had my key card. This hotel is super sketchy and extremely loud.

That it had a kitchen

Yes the elevator was not working properly the hall was nasty and it needed to be upgraded the room was in need of paint and the bathroom had mildew.

My reservation was canceled

Called for shuttle at 9:30pm waited for 45 minutes, called back and was informed the shuttle stops airport pickups at 10pm and I would have to catch a Uber which was $60 from the airport

Hotel employee provided great customer service at check in! She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms far exceeded my expectations. They were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room came equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The only negative thing I could possibly say, is that during the trip the ice machine was down.

Good breakfast

The area around the hotel was seedy and looked like a high crime area. Inside the hotel was fine.

I loved the location.

The hotel security was bad. The room was fairly clean. I don't think it had been vacuumed in months. The hotel was very run down.

The outside appearance was a 2star. They only had one elevator ; the other elevator was out of order. The carpet in the room had red/ blood stains. The overall condition of the room seemed old/outdated. My teen did like any of the breakfast selections.

EVERYTHING hotel was old dirty and falling apart the staff was great but this hotel needs a serious overhaul

Our room was dirty, smell, like marijuana, the vinyl floors in the kitchenette area were coming up, due to what looked like a possible flood, the ceilings were extremely low and claustrophobic.

There was a bus stop at the hotel in which I can catch to Uptown Charlotte. Plus the staff was very friendly and welcoming (i.e. Southern Hospitality).

The thing I didn't like were the following: The refrigerator was leaking in my room. I had put some items in there and when I was hungry for a snack, I felt them and they were spongy.

The staff are phenomenal and provide exceptional customer service.

Hotel needs updating. Stains on the carpet. Tears in the carpet. The restaurant was closed because the chef wasn¿t there. Unsafe area.

That they had a mini game room and bar.I love the breakfast lady.She even let us know that we can make crepes.She was very friendly and kind.I would have to give her 10 stars for her smile greeting and kindness.The Hyatt is the Best Hotel.
