Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Southpark

Great location. Good size rooms, very clean, awesome lobby and breakfast area. Starbucks and Whole Foods across the street.

If you get the 7th floor, avoid the rooms next to or across the gym. It’s open 6am-12am so I heard dumbbells slamming on the floor late at night and early morning.

I only stay at hotels with peloton bikes in the gym. Both bikes do not work. Great value. Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Really great

I reported bikes in the gym were not connecting to the internet. But they were not “repaired”

The 4 nights I stayed I wanted to watch Netflix with my account and the TV is outdated! It's not smart! I thought it was absurd that a hotel of this level would have a TV that wasn't smart! The curtain is broken! I can't see sunlight in my room every day, I have photos! The curtain was held up by a "peg" "clip" what the hell? I've never seen that in a Hilton!! The curtain in room 447 needs to be fixed urgently! The air conditioning needs to be cleaned, there was a lot of dust in the air.

Water pressure was very low in the shower.

Staff was exceptional. The front desk personnel were VERY personal and even remembered my name. Room was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use many of the amenities but everything about this hotel was very nice.

Doesn’t have a nicer restaurant but does have a bar/restaurant combined and the food was decent.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are large and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had issues parking one night since all the slots were taken, they however did give us a complementary breakfast for that issue.

Loved the location and it’s a very nice place to stay.

The bed pillows need to be replaced. That’s my only complaint about the room.

Great location and very nice facility. Everything was easy to check in and breakfast was great. All in all a very positive experience.

It was really nice. It was located by the mall and other restaurants. Starbucks was close by and my son worked across the street at the Rusty Bucket. Hotel was clean and the the staff was great. Staff was courteous and friendly.

They wanted to charge $10 per day to park.

Paying extra for parking, really? Small lot and unconnected garage shouldn't require extra $... biggest concern, air neutralizer device in room upon checking in, what was going on in room before my arrival? Clearly was something front desk was cryptic with maintenance about it
