Not clean dirty, no coffee, no ice, smells bad

GREAT GM helped find quiet spot. Unusually quiet. Blackout shades! Lo?. Room very spacious. Large dining table, chest drawers, armchair, nightstands, closet. ? not slow, 1st thing. Dryer works well. I've seen no roaches in the 2 weeks.

Stuff make a lot of mistakes to a point of accusing me of squatting stuff were very rude and treated me and my daughter like dumb people it was a really bad experience would not recommend it to no one and would never stay here ever again¿¿experience eve

hotel is very outdated aesthetically speaking...very bland and old looking. the rooms have old appliances and the beds look like ones you would see in a jail cell. Not worth the money you pay, in my opinion. The proximity to the CLT airport is great.

The fact that I was able to sleep

I was forced to make a $150 deposit and there was nothing stated when I booked the hotel that I had to do that. Then it took 3-5 business days to return to my account Luckily I had just enough but that left me with nothing. The fridge also wouldn¿t close

The front desk clerk was engaging and helpful

The room was disgusting. When we got in after the game at 1am, pulled back the sheets and found dried blood on them. The bed was made, but the sheets were not cleaned. There was also trash in the trash cans, food splatter all over the refrigerator.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel

I don¿t recommend this hotel for anyone. It was terrible. The doors were sticky, the hotel was dirty, someone was cooking fish that made me sick to my stomach. I was ready to leave as soon as I got there.

The girl that was working at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful and courteous.

when I called and booked this room, I was told it was a suite and had a full kitchen. The room was not a suite and it had a full refrigerator, but the countertop had stains everywhere, cooking the food we bought, was impossible with no pans pots or anythi

The Clerk that worked when I checked in was very nice.

There was no one at the desk when I left. Dirty sink, dirty tub, remote didn¿t work but the nice clerk helped with that. I have pictures to prove what I had to endure.

The bathroom tub was filthy with dirt and soap scum. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. The floor had not been vacuum because broken glass was on the floor. Occupants above me stomped on the ceiling all day and night. Couldn't sleep in the room.

I checked in a little after 9PM, and there was no running water. I called to inform the hotel, assuming if I had not received ⁰ water would be on within an hour. It was, however, not restored until much later.

The staff is very caring. I've been here 6 days due to car problems and they have really made my stay better!!!

Lack of breakfast!!!

Front desk folks were very helpful in solving issues (more about those below).

Was not very clean, dated fixtures. Had an issue checking in-- front desk person had to work with tech support for 20 min or more to resolve it. Beds had no pillowcases and there were no clean ones available- had to use sheets instead.

Our stay was a nightmare the lobby and the first floor we're under construction all you could breathe was dust the room itself had no amenities not even a do not disturb sign there also was no remote control for the television we left after one night

Awful stay ... bad service, dirty rooms

Yes everything, very bad stay, dirty bathroom, hallway noisy all though out night, service was poor
